Time of Violation (in-game or replay): all game, buying wrong/stupid items.
Additional Information:I once got banned for spending 2000 gold on a midas for ES at 18 minutes in a game, instead of blink dagger. Here, Yomiked spends 2k on a dragonlance and has no other items 30+ minutes into the game. Both midas and dragon lance are the same value as a blink. I got banned for what i did and my situation was not even as bad. The midas paid for a blink that i eventually bought. Instead, yomiked decides to end the game on a core puck with 1 dragon lance 1 cloak and 1 treads. Spending 2k on a stupid item that does nothing for Puck instead of a blink dagger is game throwing.
