Additional Information: Was refusing to go with a team vote, forced a send 21 with low lumber when our enemies sent arena
After review:
Enemy sent on arena – team said no to send on 21 – red still forced the send (inevitably forcing the team to follow the send on 21).
user was unvouched recently (based on feedback), so no need for a ban (we will keep on record incase he decides to apply again)
