So after taking a look at the replays provided (and a a couple more from the uploaded games):

EternalFame/DarkKnight isn’t toxic per say – but does tend to micromanage/’boss’ the team too much (even after the players ask him to back off), which ends up annoying people, and ruining their game experience.

You’re allowed to (and should) help your allies (if you see an opportunity for such), however you shouldn’t force yourself on their lanes – there’s a clear difference between being helpful, or ‘annoying’ towards your allies, so please consider changing your attitude/approach – consider this your warning, to change it before it’s too late 🙂
