(This list will be based on my experience with these players in-game/what I have seen so you can all see where you stand.)

Also a little bit of insight on each of my tiers. Tiers go from 1-4, with some exceptions of t10’s. NOTE – this is solely off of Season 3 performance. Not necessarily by win/loss but more of raw skill.

Tier 1 (The ability to dominate a game consistently or play exceptionally well regardless of team obstacles. Having extremely high game sense and the ability to adapt to any game scenario.)

Tier 1.5 (Qualities similar to a Tier 1 but slightly lacking in certain aspects.)
