I tell me team its not good idea to 3v3 vs a 3 range drow lane but pez insisted that im dumb and we can take them 3v3 as we have a lich, so i said OK. So we proceed to lane and i obviously take a lot of dmg and use up all 4 of my tangos. from this point on the only other thing i revieved from my two supports was 1 tango piece. I then told pez to get me salve and he did not, and my other support now left the lane (lol).
Now its me and pez solo against a drow lane and i have no hp at all. I tell pez buy me consumables and he refuses. I tell him he just doesnt wanna help me cuz im shadow and he admittedly says yes he really doesnt as you can see in chat.Where did Pez state he woulnd’t buy items cuz its you?

So watever i try to lane my best against 3 range heroes but have absolutely nothing so i tp top because my supports no longer want to support me. Now im top with centaur against a PIT but centaur leaves and im solo against pit. I expect my team to tp to help me but no one comes.
I am now Void solo top vs PIT the only possible place i can get some creeps but now no one wants to help zone out pit. I arrive at top around 7 minutes, maybe a bit before and pit just starts thrashing the lane with fire storm and eating out first top tower. Now at first i didnt say much im just trying my best to farm under tower, but its impossible because pit keeps storming and denying as well but no one will tp even tho pit is directly under tower. ( pez has tp in slot and its off cd but refuse to come).
So i went top at 7 mins, it is now 9 minutes and pitlord and me are still top, and pitlord takes the first tower. No one comes to help while pit is free farming every wave + tower.
Pit is now at the second top tower just eatin creeps still not letting me farm anything. im barely getting creeps by aggro’ing them passed tower but still no one will come.
It is now 11 mins. I tp’d top at 7 minutes. after 4 full minutes zeus (the mid laner) ganks top. The gank is unsuccessful and zeus ends up dying and i barely escape. (pez has tp but still doesnt tp to help at all).The only time you ask someone from your team to come top, was after mass pinging and making a scene for no reason -> Zeus ganks top when you asked for it, and had you used chrono before pitlord uses pit of malice + firestorm, you would kill him sucessfully instead of having zeus die and you running away.
It is now 12mins and 30 seconds and pit is still top solo with no one there to contest him, and i go top again to try and farm but pit kills me. cent ends up tp’ing AFTER I DIE and pit gets away.
After i respawn i go jungle because i clearly cant take on a pit solo. Coincidentally after i go jungle 3 of my teamates go top and kill the pit. (now is this to troll/grief me?) seems intentional that team didnt stop pit for 6 minutes until i finally left the lane they go to help it. At this point no one on my team has helped my secure any bit of farm and all i have is a midas.Going midas is on you, not on your allies + they rotated when they could (you cant expect them to leave the lane randomly and gank on your demand lol).
a little bit of time goes on and i farm jungle/mid back and forth to get some items.
(now this is the key part of what im banned for on “refusal to defend”
So the enemies all are top and finally now my team wants to defend top. So first i asked my team to defend for 6 minutes straght and not one person responded and now they asking me to go top to defend. Now my team thinks i did not go top to defend because i was “grieving” which is so stupid. Watch the replay now as i walk you through it to show you what really happened. There was about 3-4 lanes pushing bot tower with no heroes there. FINALLY farm that i can get that will really boost me and get me an item. Also drow ranger wasnt top yet so i go to farm bot becaues that is like 500-600 gold of free farm and from start i had nothing so ofc i will take this. My team basically fights 4v4 and all die. Drow wasnt even there. but i got a lot of gold. And i obviously need this farm if i will be able to carry. If i go top i will likely die too and just have nothing. To ban me for not going there when you arent seeing how much i got from not going and how i tried to hold off top for 6-7 minutes solo is completely STUPID.
I pretty much proceed to farm and help as much as i can going forth. That was the only time i didnt defend because like i said there was SO MANY CREEPS BOT PUSHING OUR TOWER. The enemy wasnt even at our tower yet so obviously i will take the gold and farm bot…. this makes sense to anyone…. i have no items what can i do top ill jump in and get owned by supports and i do 0 dmg especially with pitlord aura around them.. Please an admin who isnt mustard review this. he banned me solely off watching a stream for a bit and deemed that i was griefing when it actually looks like my team was..15:11 All Shadow imagine not supporting ur hc

Also the botlane push was 4-5 melee creeps, 4 ranged and 1 mw by the time you arrive, which i can understand why you would want to farm it, so on this one i’m 50/50: I woulnd’t call it refusal to defend/griefing (despite you doing it if we look at the rule), since choosing to farm and sacrificing the defense is viable in certain situations, however you said it yourself: Trax wasn’t there, meaning you could have easily went top, chrono and with cent/lich/wd ultis, you’d easily defend and gain kills from it, so both options were viable (and imo, defending would have been better for yourself and your team overall over your farm alone).
So yes, i agree with Mustard review on it, nothing else to add here (You weren’t even losing the lane when you tp’ed top – despite being 0/1, you had more cs than trax when you tp’ed top fyi).

He appealed his ban (and spoke to Kappa about it on Discord), therefore his ban was reduced to 18h total (from the original 48h).
So his ban expired by now, and that’s why you saw him ingame – Next time you can just ask in chat or DM a moderator, nn to post something on ban requests, which isn’t a ban request at all

If you see the images you attached, teams were allocated + lobby was created at :05 , not :06 (Lobby alert message does show at :06, however read when the lobby was started) – your first message was at :11, meaning you weren’t in the lobby at :10, and you only replied after 6 minutes, so the warning is correct/legit.
Once the queue is full, you must show up to your game as soon as possible or risk a warning for no show. Three no shows within a one month period will result in a 24 hour ban.
You have five minutes from the time the bot notifies you that a game has been hosted to join the lobby unless:If the game was hosted before teams were allocated, you have five minutes from when teams were allocated to join the lobby.
If the game has not been hosted for five minutes after teams were allocated, you have ten minutes from the time teams were allocated to join the lobby.
If the game has not been hosted for fifteen minutes after teams were allocated, you may !end the lobby.
If the game has not started within fifteen minutes of the original teams being allocated, you may swap out without any punishment.Processing
