After a long conversation between Shadow and me & Mustard, we decided to reduce his ban by 72h (48h from the original ban, and 24h from the server penalty) – Should you ever find yourself reported for game ruining (gamewise), these 48h from the original ban removed here will be added on top of that ban.
To note, your explanation still doens’t align with what happened ingame, and while you did acknowledge that some of your deaths were bad, you don’t acknowledge why they were bad, or the low effort gaming that lead to them happening in the first place, however you did give your word that you would try to do better in future games where this scenario occurs, and you did try to listen to the options/suggestions given, so that’s why we came to the conclusion of doing this deal with you.

Feel free to explain your actions then – Having 1 bad game in 1 season doens’t justify putting 0 effort and dying doing the same thing over and over again, or diving towards enemy team when you’re underfarmed/underleveled.
So feel free to rewatch the game, and explain what happened in this game instead of trying to shake away responsability by claiming “i play good in general, 1 bad game doens’t mean im throwing”

Thank you everyone who took part in the 1v1 Tournament! I believe it was a huge success even if we all got sick of seeing storm spirit. Jokes aside it was a lot of fun and we may do something like this in the near future again.

So let’s go step-by-step over this (cause i enjoy how you leave everything out of context, and make it look like what CosmicDog did for example was wrong):
-> This started with you engaging Zinex (and also EricX, since you tagged him at the end of your chat), and annoying him: He asked you to leave him alone, and not only you kept talking to him, but you also pinged him twice in the process, even after being told by him that he did not want to talk to you.
-> CosmicDog tagged you to join the lobby since you were the last player missing, and your instant response is “dont tag me” (Funny when you tagged Zinex and Eric minutes before, you had no issues doing it, but all of a sudden in a legit tag, you got annoyed by it – double standards much?); Not to mention you spend weeks tagging admins for .. “silly” stuff, yet when people actually troll you and you should have tagged us (or even tag me, since you wrote my name expecting me to be reading chat 24/7), you don’t.
-> Regarding our conversation/interaction (if you can even call that).. While i do apologize for the choice of words, i do not apologize for what i said, since i believe everyone is allowed to have an opinion, and mine is exactly what i told you last night:
You’ve been doing this to yourself for days, weeks, months – by annoying every single member of the community (player and admin), with your tags, provocations, and then hiding behind ban requests/tags simply cause you dind’t break the rules per say (We could discuss that you are violating Discord rules, by not being polite and mannered, but that’s a discussion for a different time): You recently spoke with different admins, both giving you valid/constructive criticism and apparently it had 0 effect, as you continue to be acting exactly the same way
So, once again, i apologize for the choice of words (there were better words to be used to describe you, without cussing/flaming ), but opinion remains the same: you reap what you sow
PS: The deleted line you mention was 1 player tagging you after i muted you, and i told them to drop it “Anyways hes muted now, and situation will be handled, so nn to provoke him or throw fire in the situation, thanks” – so it was adressed (even if you believe it wasn’t)
After review:
On 7, he upgraded whenever he had lumber (it was gonna be 2 heals either way)
As for 8, hard to say what was decided as he was muted by you, so can’t say if he even suggested it or simply upgraded: As Baltha stated, it is fairly common to do some king during 8 and send the rest on 10, and without being able to see his chat, and considering it was 1 single instance without any ill intentions, i don’t see a reason to ban him for it.The pings were definitely unnecessary and annoying, but as Baltha stated and correctly, the user has a clean history so the ban duration was appropriate and within guidelines – If hes found doing it again, ban duration can be adjusted considering hes aware he shoulnd’t do this.
So overall, i agree with Baltha decision on this one.

No idea what you’re complaining exactly, when you’re wrong in both situations:
1) You were talking in queue as well, so Elf did what he was supposed to: He muted you, whohoo and Pluun for chatting in queue (when you’ve been reminded countless times as many others, that you should chat on #fbg-ltd-chat for non queue related conversations): Doens’t matter if they flamed or not at this stage, as they were chatting in queue as well, so the mute is viable for both situations.
2) Elf not handling the brq makes sense as you’re posting a complaint on him, so it should be a different admin handling the complaint on him.
