Both of them were correct in what they told you – Privateers are better/stronger than undead, so no idea where you read/who told you otherwise, but it’s wrong, so they were correct when they adviced you to do it (Privateers can potentially hold 7, do decent on 10,etc.)

Eld3r warned, monkeytown only replied after you said “don’t talk bullshit if you dont understand”, and says nothing else during this game.

So let’s start:

You’ve been warned several times by the Admins to rethink your approach/attidude towards the community – You were placed back on trial for this exact issue: After being vouched, your attitude got worse, so we were forced to walk back, instead of moving forward with your case.

https://wc3stats.com/games/81709/chat -> Although EricS play was bad, your attitude towards him after he told you drop it, proves once again that your attitude is a no-go -> You try to help your way, it doens’t work, rework your approach or provide feedback after game, and let an admin handle it: Dont simply tell him to mute you cuz he plays bad.

https://wc3stats.com/games/86331/chat -> You had to brought it up in the game after (cause clearly no1 noticed, or heard you in the game before that he sent 5 dinos on lvl7)

As for the case that generated this: https://firstbloodgaming.com/forums/topic/ban-request-bad-behaviour/#post-8699, i decided to take a 2nd look at it to see if i missed something, and came to the conclusion that i did:

-> You do question his militia start, but never did you tell him not to overpush
-> You inform him of the value for 4, but never did you consider warning him that he needed more value for 3: he assumed logically that if X value holds 4, then 3 is fine too
-> For 5 you tell him “i told you not to overpush, dont blame me”: never once did you tell him not to overpush – granted that he ruined his lane on his own for 5, but to claim you “told” him is false.
-> He screws up on 7 with the dinos, and it is okay if you brought it up 1-2 times, but nope, you keep poking the bear and talking about it (At some point, even one of your allies tells you “just shut up already” and your response is “you don’t tell me to shut up”)

While failing to micromanage pink isn’t bannable, it kinda explains why pink ruined his lane (whether you see it that way or not), but the fact you can’t move on, and have to mention it 4-5 times (and even bring it up a game after) + becoming passive-aggressive towards your allies when they tell you to drop it, kinda shows the attitude issues are still there: Granted it’s not horrific as it used to be (we all agree it has improved), but when you’re on trial for attitude issues, we expect your attitude to improve, and not show old habits, otherwise it makes no sense to keep you as a trial.

I believe you also spoke recently with an Admin and were told exactly what were the issues with your trial and why you weren’t vouched again so far.

Last, but not least -> After the unvouch last night, your decision of posting a ban request on another player for something you dind’t consider reporting initially, kinda speaks for the attitude itself: You dind’t see it as an issue when it occured, but when you were unvouched, you felt like this “witch hunt” was appropriate to report (without the proper replay as well), which shows issues on your attitude once again.

So taking in consideration everything that has been happening, a 1 week unvouch for you to rethink your approach is more than fair: Take this time to chill, observe games, work your way around the community (and who knows, maybe fix the issues with the ppl that you believe you have issues with, to ensure when you return/play again, you guys are fine, and issues won’t occur: Granted it takes 2 to fix things, but maybe taking the initiative speaks for the attitude itself, and shows to the other person that you’re genuinely interested in fixing whatever happened that caused it – also shows to us, Admins, that you’re improving your attitude, just saying).

I understand OP leak on 3 – You told him he needed X value for 4 (i would have assumed it holds 3 as well), so miscommunication here: He should have asked if it holds 3, and you should have reminded him that it doens’t hold 3.

As for 5 – yes, you end up overpushing and leaking on your own – wasn’t on him for sure

On 7, i agree with virus: Sending 3 dinos can be a screw up, but waiting cd and following with 2 more dinos? Feels more like a lack of attention ingame that caused this.

Considering how the 2 of you have been previously warned about the attitude issues/approach in general, consider this a last warning and a wake up call: You’re both unvouched for 1 week, use this time to chill/rethink your approach, and also to observe some games to mitigate some of the skill issues detected/reported.

I’ll warn him for it (next time it will be a ban for sure – Learn to communicate with your team properly), considering your attitude ingame wasn’t much better (The intentional leak 4 was unnecessary, so if i were to ban him for flaming, i would ban you for trolling/borderline intentional game ruining, looking at what you wrote when he told you you’d leak).

Granted he dind’t say anything throughout the game, and comes off aggressive when no1 called 13, but he dind’t insult or disrespect any of you – Same can’t be said about you or Niko this game: the comments were unnecessary.

As for the observers kick – The observers can be denied if a player requests: only moderators/trials/candidates can’t be denied the observer spot (and if 1 observer is denied, all observers are to be kicked): Looking at the replay upload, there wasn’t any observers that game.

I will message him regarding this attitude, but nothing bannable per say,denied
