After reviewing the game:
-> The afk on 12 could have been avoided if you warned your team: You don’t warn your team that you had to afk, you comeback (and although your team pinging/spamming dind’t help), you don’t really apologize for it (even here you keep defending your afk was good cuz […]), and considering you were banned for afk 2 months ago, i also agree with the ban for afk.
-> The 15 send is a meh call: Can go both ways – You’re experienced enough to know if you reach fl 2 krakens, you send fl 2 krakens (not fl kraken warlock): It’s not like you even questioned your team, or anything – you sent it and said what you said (which doens’t look good).
If you acknowledged any of your actions, we could discuss a possible reduction/unban, but given the appeal, the ban will stay as it is (Regarding Monkey, it will be adressed directly with him).

Law sitting in queue for 90 minutes doens’t mean hes “free of warn” due to the time in queue – You sign for a game, you show up, otherwise you get warned: pretty simple, no bias or favorites played there (Admins are allowed to use discretion at all times, which happened there given Monkey removed the warning from Law shortly after your mute).
Again, i see X did this or Y did that, without any evidence – so appreciate evidence being shown in order to get this solved/processed (otherwise if this is a topic for people to come shit talk players, let alone admins who are doing this for free and volunteering to moderate this
kindergardencommunity, then i’m closing this).I did speak with Monkey regarding the mute – While i don’t mind the mute, 60 minutes seems rather long given nothing happened in queue to justify that duration (On a sidenote, i’m also tired of this constant nagging from LIHL players in general, so instead of nagging in queue how his ban made LIHL lose a player, you could have appealed, requested a 2nd opinion or even message Monkey directly to adress the ban instead of public drama).
As for obs, rule states any player can veto observers, so without any context/link/evidence, can’t say much more.
