1. 9:19 last word casted, tiny tossed almost same time, tiny did not took dmg
9:46 tiny gets hit twice by last word (maybe this was the one from 9:19 finally getting triggered).
I think it happened a few more times where Silencer used last word on Tiny, Tiny tossed, but Tiny did not take damage right now, but took damage later.
1:11:17 had gem but lost sight of tiny
2. Tiny should take dmg upon casting toss and gem should not lose sight of an invis hero.

Arc has been nerfed for rapier/gem on 12a, should at least give him a shot.
Meepo has been unbanned in all our games, he gets rarely picked. Hasn’t been a problem. Meepo has won more than lost but very rarely picked.
Techies has been unbanned in all our games, also rarely picked. Hasn’t been a problem. I think techies has lost more than won at this point.

I haven’t personally reviewed the replay but a quick comment — I know there’s history from before this league but as a new league I would suggest issuing a formal warning and documenting 1st/2nd/3rd offenses per the rules we have for all players.
