After review all key points outlined in your request were confirmed. There were numerous incidents of low effort play and laughing after his teammates’ deaths doesn’t help his case. The calls were very clear by the captain and rest of the team and Jag’s play left you almost 4v5 for most of the game. Had he not been lich I don’t think he would have kept his leveling up enough to even be a factor. He clearly didn’t care about winning or losing and was off in his own world unless your team was backed into your base. The warding was actually not bad, but at one point your captain had to place some of them because he was holding them and not placing them. Overall it is low effort game ruining behavior and toxic behavior simply laughing at his own team struggling to win 4v5. I didn’t see a lot refused calls from captain aside from the call to go top and to place the sentries. Jag will be banned an additional 2 days for game ruin and toxic behavior added to your previous ban request. Request approved.

Most of the initial stages of the game everything seems pretty much fine, Bash does die a couple times early and tilts, but nothing on the level of trolling or game ruining. The later timestamps you noted are the important parts. The early gg’s from bash and flaming with kys were not a good look. The incident at 20:44 was very risky, but he could have activated his armlet in time to make it a fight potentially, still it was ill advised and reckless and lead to a full team fight loss. The incident at 24:15 was just lazy low effort play, but not intentional from what I can tell. The incident at 28:17 he does eventually come. Overall I don’t think Bash was intentionally trying to lose, but like you said in the request it you are requesting a ban for reckless play which there was some of. As for Jag his actions in the incidents you cited are more severe because he is outright not playing and dying and hurting your team’s chances at even competing. All cited incidents were confirmed on review and the chat from Jag was toxic and reinforces the claim that he was not only playing recklessly, but intentionally not trying. Bash will be banned for 2 days for reckless play and toxic behavior and Jag will be banned for 2 days for game ruin and toxic behavior. Request approved.
Processing
The initial complaints are minor aside from the double courier since he did end up profiting a kill and wasn’t leeching experience, but he did refuse to join the trilane which kind of ruined the lane since he roamed so much and joined late. The dive mid was ill advised and didn’t help anything, the solo smoke was not good as well as the tp into a full team push to die a couple times, he was not afk at shop though to deliberately not help you he was trying to gank for position 3 but it didn’t work, the rest is very low effort play that is basically throwing after all the incidents before. Bash is banned for 3 days for game ruin and flaming. Kys is banned for 1 day for telling bash to kill himself; regardless of how a game goes this language is never acceptable and will always be punished. Request Approved.
