Death #2 was clearly labeled and color coded as a normal death and has nothing to do with your ban so I am not sure why that is the only death you are trying to refute on it’s own. The rest of your explanation is a vague attempt to claim everything you did was justified as acceptable gameplay when there is a clear death by death breakdown of where the issues were. If you need a reminder as to why you were banned you should probably read the ban in it’s entirety. Appeal denied and an additional day is added for the server leave.

Whole chatlog is pretty toxic from multiple players including those posting the ban request and supporting it. Muting captain and not sharing control are clearly not ok so there will be a warning for that and any future incidents will be a ban. Would like to note that you cannot just assign someone a hard 5 position and make them do all the support which seems like what you were doing here and it came across as malicious from what I read. Given the issues from multiple players in this game we are going to call it a wash and issue only the warning. Request denied.

The whole first part of your appeal addressing lobby toxicity is from numerous games where you have flamed captains so they will not pick you in order to get on the team you want; the most recent incident was last night. I had not realized until recently that you had been warned about this by fantom and in the warn it was cited that the next instance would be a week ban or you would have already had a week been before this. That warning was at the beginning of the month and I have seen you do this more than once since then; it had nothing to do with the game you hosted tonight. The personal attack really doesn’t help your case here either as multiple admins have witnessed this behavior it’s not just me. I am not lying to get you banned you have done things that everyone has seen and now you are being banned for it.
You had 2 ranged supports with a stun and lich to deny and they were pulling creeps to let you farm in the safe lane. You could have lane swapped and let cent sit bot and lose the tower, but your situation wasn’t a throw assignment. Holy was captain so it was his call ultimately also he never muted you he just said he would, probably because holy knows how to captain and wanted to do that in peace. Your supports weren’t refusing to do anything they played normally and only responded negatively after you started berating them for not helping you. They were pulling almost every wave and harassed neither had a salve to give you. After you got first blooded you tped back to lane with no heals, wd was down to one tango and hadn’t been to base and lich was walking fountain with no hp then went to deny creeps mid and came directly back to lane. Then you tped top at half hp still no heals at lvl 4 with void into a lane with a lvl 7 pitlord with cent still in lane leaving your lich to die. You wanted someone to come “zone out pit” but I doubt that would have worked at this stage and it would have been automatically giving up bot tower and gave bot enemy trilane the option to rotate anyway.

After you spam ping top holy comes almost immediately to gank from mid as zeus he is already there at secret shop by the time you say “WTF IS MY TEA DOING”. You attempt the gank but chrono after firestorm is already going and nearly die and then holy dies. During this time cent and wd are pinned and killed bot and tower is lost. You tp back top with only a midas and continue to farm while your team ganks bot and picks off 2 more kills. Cent is walking top while you fight too soon and tps late after you die.

Lich gets caught and team backs then they push top as 4. Your team tells you to come ult top but you instead farm jungle then walk bot tower to keep farming with full mana and ult and no tp.

The rest of the game is an uphill battle that was lost in the end, but these are the key points mentioned.

(now is this to troll/grief me?) seems intentional that team didnt stop pit for 6 minutes until i finally left the lane they go to help it.” This is most definitely not a troll by your team to go kill pit. I don’t think everyone else grouping to kill the enemy has ever been considering trolling and I don’t see how it would be here.
“So the enemies all are top and finally now my team wants to defend top. So first i asked my team to defend for 6 minutes straght and not one person responded and now they asking me to go top to defend.” In the entire chatlog the only time you asked anyone to come top was within the 1 minute span of time that you said this. Which as stated above holy did pretty much immediately even though it didn’t go well.

17:34 All Shadow THEY WONT COME!?!?I see how from your perspective and only watching your own play this game you feel slighted, but if you watch what is going on throughout the whole game from all of your teammate’s perspective you will see that they were playing to win the whole time and that you were completely out of sync with them playing your own game. If you weren’t so zoned in on justifying your own actions you would see that there was a game being played by the rest of your team that coincide and explain why you were solo top. After saying that if your team doesn’t come top you won’t play when you deliberately go jungle then bot to farm while your team is fighting 4v4 while you have your ult and full mana and your team is asking you to come you can see how that appears to be griefing. The flaming and toxicity would be from saying your supports are refusing to support when they are doing their job, calling your whole team a joke, threatening bans, and mass spam pinging while complaining unjustly.
Like you said you feel I am being biased so I won’t deny this appeal until someone else takes a look and gives another opinion on it, but this is the full review of what happened from an outside perspective regardless of how biased you believe me to be.
