Rice played to win the whole game and it’s pure conjecture to think dagger would have been a sure win over what he did. You could also argue that having half the wards of the other team lost the game or leaving your SK to die with rapier alone lost the game. There was no game ruining behavior request denied.

I have been filled in on the situation and the ban durations will stand and should be considered lenient in this situation. Because there is no automated forfeit feature in the map there should be no deception or misleading talk around the topic. If it happens again it will be a much harsher ban and likely non appealable. I trust you will all do better moving forward though, but appeal is denied.
