While team could have rotated more quickly, it is not reason to begin throwing around insults and toxicity like this. Not even the best players in league talk like this and its not acceptable. There are ways to communicate, and sometimes games don’t go exactly the way you plan. Decisions have to be made and just because you are at a disadvantage doesn’t mean everyone is intentionally conspiring against you. The behavior is unacceptable and persists against many different players across many different games.
Considering the other ban, and behavior I have seen, this will be 5 days in addition to the previous ban already placed.

I try to be lenient when you want to tell players how to do something. But you were qq’ing from literally the first 5 minutes on. Team was frustrated with your effort and repeatedly stating you don’t care while tossing blame on everyone else. Bejita is a new captain and only recently promoted. Yes he did die a few times but game was far from over. And flaming people in all chat or trashing others is not the way. I’ve seen this behavior repeated in many games, even ones that you win.

Well hopefully its clear now that once captains have started to roll, the game lobby is considered set. I do believe you may have had food delivered, but mysteriously having to go after calling captains “unfair” was not a good look.
However I hope with your given track record this was just a misunderstanding. In any future games when you know you might be eating please just avoid the lobby to save us the time and hassle to replace.

You’re normally pretty well behaved in game, and I do think you’ve learned your lesson and will be a better example for all of our new players in league.

Overall in light of this information, I do not see anything to warrant a ban. I will, however give Vosje a verbal warning to please be respectful in game and be a positive influence. But I would like to issue this same warning. Remember, if you are always trying to taunt someone its only reasonable they will not look favorably at you in game.
I hope you understand these points and we can move forward while continuing to have fun and high skilled games!

Ok let’s get started…
In regards to the actual gameplay issues, the two instances you referenced simply look like errors in judgement, not anything malicious. The first one, you didn’t see the enemy for a while and he probably thought they had left. He did get jumped on by axe and die soon after to a group, unlucky. The other there was not much else he could do, their whole team was snowballing and with blink daggers he had almost no chance of escape. He played poorly as I’m sure he’d admit himself, but nothing to try and consciously ruin the game.
As far as the -gg talk… I do find that a bit in poor taste, but he has a right as does every player to voice their opinion. As long as the chat is not prolonged, spamming, and generally toxic then it’s not really a bannable offense. I wish he didn’t give up so early, but team was overmatched from early on and would be tough to come back.
The most egregious offense in my opinion is the act of calling you a ruiner. While you certainly could have played better, as could everyone on that team. I do not think you did anything purposefully to try and lose the game, nor do you have any history of doing so. It is not good to bring up past games and try to egg on one another, and I do think that it could have been handled better by both side.s However, I do want to be clear… You have been taunting and egging on Vosje for a few days now, even earlier today. It is hard to take your complaint as valid when you are instigating some of this interaction yourself.
Agreed that muting is never the answer, especially as captain. Have discussed with Lavish and will make sure not to do so in the future. However, it is not Pez’s place to decide what the lanes need to be.
This was a couple weeks ago and I think we have seen an improvement in Lavish’s captaining ability. As long as he keeps an open mind with team, and is respectful of the game (and not muting) I think he will do a good job here.
As of now we will continue to monitor his games, but I do not see a ban necessary at this time.

Trying to take this ban request seriously but…
In regards to the queue channel, that was still technically offseason, but we were trying to get people in the right habit of using it. Obviously it sometimes is used in accident, or for pings which are relevant to the game. But I see nothing that was done maliciously here, and your mute was for a very short time.
Not trolling or making the admins life harder will go a long way. And if you ever wanted to help out you are welcome to apply back for an admin role :).
