Well watching the chat log it only proves it’s not only about okbik. Im not gonna go in detail as to why you are provoked by him. This whole provocation thing has gone to far lately. You are adults and it shouldn’t be hard to keep out of flaming in game and then do things the right way. Also i don’t get why you use people that are not even responsible for what’s happening in your game and proceed to flame them as well (aka) “You playing trial lobbies […] they have 0 brain”, “he got some elo from full tk lobbies”. Keep your opinions about yourself and don’t announce them in a game.
I will deny this ban appeal as it stands only for the flame.
I review the game in 1/2 speed some times now taking into consideration every time stamp. It seems you genuiely though he picked the king and you went in town hall. When you realised you still on king you picked it and immediately start focusing the sends. Im gonna unban you but next time please make sure who have the king till the end as it’s tough to change it sometimes and don’t reply to messages when you kcing. You have all the time to do it after it.

Okbik you start provoking him earlier on the game for a minor reason than led to you flaming him for the rest of the game pretty much. Taken into consideration you have a big history of violations regarding the flaming and the fact you exceeded it’s tolerance limit (https://discord.com/channels/437439646381637644/733979712623476776/822784709632851988) you are getting banned for 7 days (168 hours) for flaming. Any other flaming violations in future might get handled more harshly.
RockNRoll, I’m not gonna go into more detail regarding you cannot switch king because you already wanted to kc earlier on in the game. You didn’t kc for around the first 15-20 seconds when lvl 6 units start hitting the king cause you were busy replying to okbik. When you are on king you have the responsibility to your team to kc as best as you can which you clearly didn’t(as your indicator in game shows you were still in town hall). You refused to kc cause of okbik’s provacations and that most likely led to your team losing 1 more heal than it should. You are banned for 36h for teamkilling (intentionally not kcing).
Initially sandro(captain) wanted to give win but later on it’s decided to be a draw from sandro. Soon after that 3 people left the game. For that exact reason game should not be uploaded even tho later on it was AGAIN decided to be played on. The decision of the captain should be always one and final and after actions are being taken regarding that decision then nothing else after it it’s gonna be taken into consideration. I suggest each and everyone of you that you were in this game to get a quick check at the rules as they are right now.
It is clear that you went afk after the send on lvl 14 till lvl 17 which it was the send. You team has 2 heals and some good clear/mid potencial so as you that you could have rr as it is 50 one(which later you find out you had an actually good roll for anti 17). You being afk got announced after enemy team decided to send anyway. The (fail) send on lvl 14 didn’t define completely the lose of your team by any means.Leak on lvl 16 due to you being afk even helped enemy team send more (if they wouldn’t leak for it anyway). There is also some warn/ban history on you being afk in another game. The only extenuating parts regarding this banrequest is that you seemed to actually believed that they would die on 14 as later on in the game you come back wondering why this game is not done yet and the fact the you probably wouldn’t survive this send anyway.
You are banned for 72 hours for afking during a game. Given your history on violation in this exact rule, next time this happens again your ban duration would be increased drastically.
Prosseced.Judging from the replay it’s clear that EricS went away from keyboard after lvl 16. Him saving 900 gold for lvl 17 defininely made him leak but that wasn’t the reason the enemy team send 18. 18 send happened after east team declared selling their units. At this point even if Erics had built his value you wouldn’t be able to survive 18 send, neither 20 which was most likely from enemy team to send. Ofcourse there is not a clear way to define how the game would have turned out at the end but it’s pretty clear that there are extremely low chance that this would not change the outcome.
Erics thought game ended on lvl 16 which it wasn’t unreasonable after 37 leaks to king with 2 heals. That does not change the fact that he shouldn’t afk but it’s definitely not a rage afk call from his part.
For the reasons stated above and the fact that this is only your first offence, EricS, you are getting banned for 24h for afking during the game.
