please stop provoking people ( “this is why you are 1k elo” ), as we see more and more people having Issues with you. If this constant problems with you keep going on we might take further punishment into consideration.

On Level 5, two of you wanna send, one wants to skip, one is saying nothing.
So its 2:1:1 sending is fine. But Sendung legit last second Blood Orc is not okay, one of your players couldnt react in time and you simply ended up sending 3 bos. Thats a forced send!Also a forced send on 14, two people of you discussed when to send ( unsure if 14 or 15 ), and 2 people said nothing, so odds of sending here are 1:1:2

Back to your Case, TheViper was starting the Game in chat with “who is calling?” Nobody replied so he took the Lead and was (succesfully) calling for your Team all Game long.
After Level 10 you all discussed when to send, often changing your oppinion.Judging this last conversation Sending 17 was 2:1 with prkenej following:

punishable rules:
1. Do not Teamkill ( eg. Solo Sending, Selling Towers etc. )
2. Do not refuse to cooperate or LearnJudging from the Replay i saw there was no ruleabreak, EricS communicated and cooperated with the Team.
You can keep Phantom/Polar and go for a yolo play.
i wanna highlight, nobody told him directly to take his free reroll or even asked if he is on freeRR and that you need a holder roll was also not communicated from you.
His leak on 4 didnt give away that youre trying to Clog, as they only saw 2 Aquas mid and not eg. any Kingleaks to see the Reg. Leaking is also no rulebreak, often just suboptimal play.Conclusion:
Did your Team needed a holder: Yes
Should he taken a free reroll: Yes, after placing Polar on 1, imo

watched the replay, can confirm afk/late push on Level 1, No send on 7, obvious quit after 7 for me because being afk whole game, guess he was busy or it was something private that prevented him from typing/playing/pausing and explaing. But i dont like youre not communicating about reasons whatsoever.
Im simply not getting the point why you do not pause when someone is afk like when you send furbmit on 7.Nevertheless 96 hours for RQ ( can be reduced if a detailled believable explanation will be given for Quitting ) + 24 hours for afk / missing send

judging from the game, 3 people of you could have paused the Game and check where he is, you had plenty of time to do so ( we was afk for almost 4 minutes unnoticed ). Dont get me wrong its for sure his mistake but for the Bantime i need to judge the gamestate and impact of being afk as well.
Nevertheless you died and he being afk was Game ruining, but even with him being there you would most likely die on 10. I would consider a bantime of 3 days.

minimum afk time was 8-10 minutes ( Saving 2600 gold and 2700 wood ), even with your Team pausing and waiting for you.
Please pause and inform everyone if you have any Issues that keep you away from Keyboard for an excessive amount of Time.
Your Team was most likely loosing after the 14 failsend but this doesnt justify going afk. Your Team was even ffing because you afked.I also considered the warning for the Game i spectated this morning where you went afk after Level 1 without noticing your Team.

i will avoid to give any comments on Building, because everything Ingame is Situational.
In General, Player A can give suggestions for builds to Player B, Player B can follow or not, anyway i would like a quick answer like i agree / i disagree because..
This is just basic communication with your Team and we would like every Player to participate if able.
You clearly disagreed on okbiks suggestions which should not lead to further discussions.
What we dont expect from our Players is Flaming and Insulting each other, so please mind your language and try to calm down next time, this includes further provocations as well as threaten each other with Banrequests and Unvouches.You both have repeated offenses in your History already.

i support, skillwise one of the best Players on FBG ( Rank 2 ) and behavior wise super fine, learned from his mistakes and bans in the past and reformed. No attitude and behavior Issues anymore at all.
Add: im in FBG since approx. 6 month, im played normal Warcraft 3 since 15 years+ also semi competetetive in the Ladder
