First of all, thanks for applying.
I got a question though:
The only reason I did not apply yet was the fact, my skill level is not high enough to judge about trials and trial applies. That for, we got the council now and i rly appreciate this change.
While i understand what you meant, LIHL Admins are also responsible for managing vouch requests/trials: What is your interest/commitment to this task? You won’t invest any time on it and will just let others handle it, or are you gonna invest time in providing feedback / learn from current LIHL Admins & Council, so that in the future you can review with others (and give your own input on it)?

You already sat most of your ban, so i’ll unban you – However ensure your connection is stable, as if you keep disconnecting this frequently, your ban durations will keep increasing, and appeals are more likely to be denied

As correctly mentioned by Doritos, a better written staff application would show some effort/commitment to the task… but anyways:
This application hasn’t been up for long, but currently the poll is around 50%, LIHL Administration team isn’t supporting your application either (vote isn’t unanimous, but it’s against your application), and judging from some of the chatlogs i read, SS’s shown here, and your behaviour, we won’t accept you at this moment.
Before applying again, you should do some reflection on your behaviour/how you present yourself, and work around the community (Everyone can tilt after a game, and be pissed about it), and convince people that given the opportunity, you’d do well, and be helpful/useful towards the community.

get cancer both of u 🙂So for starters your ban should have been 1 month – i started with 1 week, you sent this lovely message (directly above), which lead to me increasing it to 200h, and muted you right after.
While you dind’t exactly start, you weren’t any saint this game, so your ban is justified (the duration comes from your ban history/repeated warnings).
But any other admin is free to review your ban/appeal, and give you the 2nd opinion as you desire.
After reviewing:
In general with both events isolated (1 missed send, and 1 forced send), it would end in a warning, but taking in consideration both happen in the same game (same player), banned for 36h.

Pandalol left the server shortly after this game, but upon rejoin, he will be banned for 4 days for the ragequit, and 2 days for the behaviour/flaming (6 days in total)
Ic3 is banned for 1 week as well – Not the first time i’ve asked him to stop flaming/provoking, and enough is enough (has recent warnings for his behaviour)
