Heroes:

Alchemist/Razzil Darkbrew

• • Unstable Concoction now receives cast range bonus from Aether Lens

Bane Elemental/Atropos

• • Enfeeble can now be removed by the following spells (Aphotic Shield – Abaddon and Repel – Omniknight) and items (Black King Bar, Diffusal Blade, Eul’s Scepter of Divinity, Lotus Orb and Manta Style)

Crystal Maiden/Rylai

• • Increased movement speed from 280 to 285

Geomancer/Meepo

• • Stats sharing no longer requires Aghanim’s Scepter
  • Increased base attack damage from 16-22 to 20-26
  • Removed extra Spell Resistance

Lifestealer/N’aix

• • No longer able to infest ancients at lvl 6, requires level 11/Lvl 2 Infest skill

Shadow Fiend/Nevermore

• • Shadowraze mana cost increased from 75 to 90

Slithereen Guard/Slardar

• • Slithereen Crush damage reduced from 75/125/175/225 to 80/120/160/200
  • Slithereen Crush stun duration reduced from 1/1.5/2/2.5 to 1/1.3/1.6/1.6/1.9
  • Sprint costs now 25 mana

Storm Spirit/Raijin Thunderkeg

• • Reduced Electric Vortex mana cost from 100/110/120/130 to 85 on each level
  • Increased base Intelligence and gain from 23 + 2.6 to 24 + 3.1

Rogue Knight/Sven

• • God’s Strength’s cooldown increased from 80 to 100 seconds

Venomancer/Lesale Deathbringer

• • Venomous Gale tick damage reduced from 10/40/70/100 to 10/35/60/85 (also fixed a bug not dealing damage over time at level 1)
  • Venomous Gale can now be removed by the following spells (Aphotic Shield – Abaddon and Repel – Omniknight) and items (Black King Bar, Diffusal Blade, Eul’s Scepter of Divinity, Lotus Orb and Manta Style)

Miscellaneous:

Roshan

• • Added +2 base armor and +10 base damage

Towers

• • Towers health increased from 1300/1600/1600/1600 to 1500/1800/1800/1800

BUGFIXES

• • Mirana’s Skyfall cooldown displayed on ability icon
  • Vampiric Aura: Toggling won’t trigger Essence Aura, Magic Stick etc.
  • Light Strike Array: minor bugfix
  • Lotus Orb: On activation Stifling Dagger’s slow and Venomous Gale buff are being removed
  • Broodmother: fixed an issue with malfunctioning webs
  • fixed an issue with Refresher and upgraded Sanity’s Eclipse
  • level 4 Spirit Bear now has 33% spell damage reduction (as stated in the tooltip)

COSMETIC CHANGES

• • Ogre Magi: added alternate -skin (Ogre Lord skin)
  • New Cheese Item Model

After reviewing:

The afk on 1 dind’t have much impact (game was paused and he was able to build within time), however on 10, his afk had impact for 2 reasons:

1) He was on king control since round 1 – meaning he dind’t control at all (ally ends up taking king control)
2) Doens’t upgrade king either with over 300 lumber before bosses arrive king

Banned for 96h.

After reviewing:

19.50 – Reckless play: he was near tower with heroes missing, should have expected a tower defense and not be there in the open
23.30 – He saw lina top, could have backed out – but worst than that, lina jumps in and he does 0 effort against her (just runs in circle, doens’t use spells, attack or do anything – just circles) -> Occurs shortly after bash typed -gg
25.30 – I get that he was trying to farm, but tanking a tower when ur already underfarmed/underlvl’ed and with possible tower defense, seems silly to do it that way (Not to mention scourge is pushing bot while hes mid – but can argument that hes pushing to “contest”)
26.03 – team defending bot, bash tp’s mid – and goes pushing top when scourge is raxing (granted he cant tp back until 27:38 which is when his TP becomes available again, and at this point only naix is near the base, with enough sentinel heroes to defend so nn for bash to tp back – issue begins with him tp’ing mid when he should have tried to defend bot)

^ This is what stands out for me

Reid was warned for this incident – but considering the entire scenario, he wont be banned for it

Case was reviewed by oversight (Me and Kappa), and while we agree that Reid behaviour was definitely not the best, it doens’t warrant a ban here, so few notes:

20:33 All Reid Pink gonna be on a vacation after this game

While your initial comment on 1:40 isn’t flaming, it was definitely unnecessary and you should refrain from doing so (Pinging a lane once and asking “no malf” is hardly micromanaging or being toxic per say, to justify all chatting about it)

And the comments at 16:29 and 20:33 were definitely wrong: You’re not a moderator/admin meaning you have no authority to ban or to claim someone will be banned (you can report, not ban someone – big difference), and claiming someone will go on a vacation makes it look like you have some kind of authority/decision on it, which is wrong (not to mention it’s a toxic comment)

Consider this a verbal warning about how you phrase/present yourself – SupremeBeing behaviour was definitely the worst here, but your behaviour was far from being perfect, and i think we can both agree on it.
