i watched replay and i have to admit this game is definitly a pain to watch behavewise, this is not bearable.
@okbik you already have 3 bans because of flaming and in this game you constantly telling others how retarded they are and you ping blue to death, he didnt play wrong, he just didnt play the way you wanted him. Learn to deal with situations like that and make best of it for team instead of giving up. On top of that you accuse others for not selling over a 2/1 vote, which is not even true. And you should know one veto is enough to keep on playing in such cases. Its not the fault of your teammates that in ur view 1h of life is lost, then you shouldn’t play.On top of that you sell all ur lane on 9 which is not allowed and you got 2 bans already for selling
48h ban for flame + 72h ban for selling = Banned for 120h

From what I see at the screenshots we have multiple rulebreaks and i will warn Klaa for it, regardless if its DM or not. We dont want this kind of behavior at FBG and if people (especially) LIHL can’t stay calm and deal with situation like that in a progressive way, its maybe not the right place to play. Sounds drastic, but thats the way it is.
@Klaa you will be warned for it and I hope it wont happen again. Since you don’t even apologize or regret what you did, the warn will stand as it is. Feel free to make an appeal if you not happy with it.
@Virus a suggestion: If you want brq about DM’s in future maybe think about doing it on a direct way with admins via personal chat first? I mean its your right to do a public brq and i dont bother it, its maybe just a bit smarter and more peaceful.
@Dorimu I don’t think your comment helps much here, Emojis are seriously no reason to get triggered in the way it was shown and people have their rights to brq behavior like that. I and many other admins want people to stand up for their rights and not be threated like that and just suffer, we as admins are here to help making this place an environment everybody feels comfortable to be in.From 1st April on violatints like that will be threated much harder.

!support, all in all he learns really fast and i have no doubt sooner or later he will get his trial for lihl. maybe its a bit early right now, but why not give him the try? He wants learn and it will be good for him playin some qualitiy games. So he can finally focus his own line and not goin to microes others 24/7
Ok the accusation about Niko is wrong, sorry for that. Still Niko is really disrespectful in fbg-chat towards others. It seems there is no respect for other beeings and a really strong belive, that he is something better by his intellect. Children act like that, but maybe he never grown up. Who knows.
From what i see by scrolling down all comments at feedback, it seems Okbik lost any faith in either mods/admins and the playing community at all. He acts like he is always the victim and everybody is against him. I can t really understand how that happened, on the one hand he must have his reasons on the other hand its way over the top. Maybe its time to invest some time to talk with him and build some trust. I mean he is pretty active and tries to make the place a better to play.
However just delete that approach and maybe talk to OkBik about his really negative behavior (disrespect towards trials) in the feedback channel. In the end its not forbidden, but maybe we find some more progressive and positive environment for everybody. Some screenshots are attached
Well i gonna add some more information, this seems a bit withouth any expression. In the first days of FBG i wasnt the friendliest guy towards others and microed others fast and didnt have much faith. After a while and after many hours spending at FBG i realized how good it feels to simply help other people by providing information or help them ingame with build suggestions and so on.
I like to help people in any aspect and i belive im able to do this in a neutral, unbiased way. All i can say is i always try to solve problems by speaking a lot. Sometimes im getting triggerd, but im aware of this shouldnt happen, when i be admin. And it shouldnt be a big deal. however i would love to give it a try and I am already happy when i can ban niko for one time
First i wasnt part of the team, so the above statements must have their reasons.
On the other hand from my experience with alex it was always nice and chilled games, i dont know what happend the last weeks, but it seems some emotions spread over. Maybe its time to reach out the hand to each other and just restart in peace?
I really dont want see alex to get unvouched, this is not an option i would say.
!support, i think he deserves a chance. Talked to him via voice and seems he is eager to learn and just want to have high qualitiy competitive games

The idea from monkey and his buddy system sounds really nice to me. Just cut of the part after “What is the idea?”
It definitly makes everythin complicated and excel sheets or sth is just over the op imo.
Still the idea of “buddies” is really cool, also for admins. For instance when there is trouble with a trial or vice versa people give positive feedback a admin could ask the buddy, hey what u think about that or that etc. Maybe we should do a poll or sth to see if people would be ready to do sth like that. I have 5 people already in mind who would be a buddy or call it whatever u want.
In addition it strenghtens ties between players and in the end all will benefit from it. Fbg Buddies “learn” to give constructive criticism and might better understand the way to gain some kill, and vice versa the trial buddies are not thrown into the devils pit and have a safety row to always ask for help or whatever issues might occur.

I dont read what he writes generally in all chat since he distracted me many times at LIHL and thats how i deal with pavle when he talks in all chat. It was out of my mind this game he is an admin for FBG and i apologize for ignoring it. Of course this wont happen ever again.
MonkeyTown has really good overview and knowledge of them game imo, also he always tries communicate with team and find best solution for majority.
