* Any use of ghosting via voice chat, account sharing, direct messaging, stream sniping, etc. is subject to voiding the team of any prizes and participation in the tournament, as well as penalties extending into next season

First off you know I have love for you since being a trial. However there are a few issues…
1) Ragequits are not allowed to be appealed, since they are strictly against our league policy of promoting quality games without leavers.
2) I do not see you saying that you understand what is wrong or how you will improve your behavior from what happened the prior time.
3) I was not in the game, but from what I understand, you were dealing with lag issues yes? If you ever have these issues, we ask you to please screenshot/document as much as you can, and that will help us in being understanding of your situation.
Having said all that, if you can respond to these points, we may be able to end it a bit early tomorrow since you have already served 6 days. Best of luck and look forward to your response.
Have spoken with you directly, and your drop history is pretty good recently. The game in question you did drop with ~9 minutes to go, but game was pretty decided by then after review, and did not affect much.
Your appeal is accepted, however any drop in the next 24hrs will be another ban. Happy gaming.

To be honest Bash, I don’t think you’ve ever really ruined a game on purpose, or wanted to lose a game. But I do think sometimes you are a bit indifferent, and what makes it worse is when you chat like you don’t care. If you say “who cares go next” or “whatever im just gonna afk” or things like that, it makes people frustrated. We are all aware, some games really are just fucked, and deserved to be forfeited. But until that is 4/5 for the team, we expect all players to try their best.
I think if you didn’t talk like that in the games then people wouldn’t accuse you of this game ruin or poor behavior. If you can try to improve on this, and make sure to be a teamplayer when asked, then I will support this appeal.
Lol, just chatted and obsed with you a couple games tonight. Played our trial game. Good attitude, I think you will do fine. Just try your best and ask questions if you’re ever unsure of something.

Once again I dont appreciate you saying admins are biased or always favor each other. When you engage in chat like that it doesn’t help in any way.
Having said that, trees behavior chatwise was definitely not acceptable. This crossed the line from one or two lines of anger into flaming. He does not have a long history of this but even still, the rules are rules. Player will be banned 24hrs effective immediately.

Hey Stevie, glad you found us! The best way to get acclimated and in communication with us is to join our Discord, which has a tab at the top to invite you. From there, we can get you acclimated with our bots, our queue system, stats management, etc.
When you join our discord just tag Dota-Admins or ask for Fantom, and one of us will be sure to assist you.

Marc you are not really banned for any of your behavior the first game you are speaking about. While his behavior might have been questionable, he definitely did try by the end and you guys win the game. The issue is how you responded and treated us admins. You keep saying how you come to FBG for fun and quality games, and thats what we are all here for. The admins are all volunteers who want the same thing, and put in EXTRA time to ensure these things. The way you refused to listen, flamed us, complained that he wasn’t banned INSTANTLY, without giving us time to review and discuss it between each other, is what was unacceptable.
There is a process we follow, and we do not bend our schedule to any one player’s will, and it was very inconsiderate and rude how you treated both myself and Aims last night. I have never seen you act like that before and it completely ruined the experience for us as we had to stop both of you guys from messaging each other throughout the game.
Do you have any further comment now that I’ve responded from our point of view?
First off, your ban is not unjust at all. It was 100% warranted, first off for not only fulfilling your role as a position 5 which team assigned you, but constant trolling and shit talk. I will list some quotes from the chatlog to verify this.

The reality is the start of the game is captain’s wishes and buying courier or wards is your responsibility as a support. Instead of just focusing on playing you continued harassing them throughout the game, as I’ve shown with the screenshots, so its hard to have much sympathy.
Having said that, what is your response? I think you’re not being very honest or truthful here, and I always recommend being genuine with an appeal.

I was in this game and on souljase team. I do agree it was poorly captained. The picks are what they are. And bara has only been available for a few days, but I’m more disappointed in how unclear the lanes were. We had to do multiple switches and builds werent right for heros because of this.
Having said that, I dont think soul was malicious or negative at all during the game. I will however note this as a warning and record so on the bot, as if you captain you should have some semblance of how and what lanes should be. If this persists again or in the near future it will be a lengthy captain ban.
