I’ve spoken with you about this recently, and while I do wish Ricefire would have communicated more clearly in game to explain what was going on or why he was AFK, he was only AFK because he was discussing the situation to us in discord admin chat. This was acceptable and a good solution sought out by him. In the future, unless an admin gives approval to leave a game, it should continue on. But I do agree Rice should make sure to just explain a bit more of the situation. Having said that, I do not see anything malicious done by Rice, and since he was only trying to ensure he made the right decision by discussing with me, I see no bad intent or reason to ban him in this case.

I do not see evidence of flame, moreso just spamming annoying chat. If you have issues with a player spamming or bothering you please let an admin know, and let them warn in game. I don’t disagree that what Lavish has done is annoying. Even if his points are valid, spamming the chat this much is not helpful. But you also show no awareness of the map or willingness to accept criticism from anyone, when we all have room to improve. If you would try to keep a positive attitude, then I would be much more willing to punish Lavish, but from the very beginning you are telling them to “shut up” or “stfu” whenever they tell you something.

Yes both players you are referring to were borderline flaming/toxic behavior, however some of your gameplay was very questionable… And you also did flame back. I could see penalties for both parties if anything, but in this case I don’t think what they did was unwarranted. However I do recommend you take advice from players who have more experience/skill than you, as I recommend them to behave more appropriately and not with flame or toxic chat, which will make players less receptive.

I will give leniency since blizzard itself has had issues those few days.
Please keep in mind.. set background fps to 50, in game to 300 to try and help. I also recommend restarting your client between games and maintain ethernet connection. If theres another drop we will go right to a 24hr ban. Best of luck!

Yes, if people all quit out then game has possibility of glitching and causing more work for admins. Plus 15 minutes is the rule, and coded into the game.
