Can confirm player Tachas used your hero, casted spells and wasted wand charges. It did not affect any major gameplay, but is still an offense.

You reference game ruining/throwing yet no time stamps to corroborate this… I will not watch the full replay without any of these being referenced.
However I did not watch the initial laning stages, and yes Gamer was very passive. I do not see game ruining, moreso a lack of attention and awareness. I am aware this isn’t the first time I’ve heard a complaint, and as such I will give him a warning. But I’ve never seen him knowingly ruin a game, and the parts I did watch he just seemed to be passive not actively ignoring or choosing not to help.
I will address with Gamer the need to be more involved in game, and if this behavior does not improve in the future it will be a ban or temporary unvouch until he is willing to adjust.

Again this replay attached does not show your ally chat… It must be the one you grabbed from the replay-upload channel. As such I cannot judge ally chat, and your suggestions and/or his refusal.
I did however watch the replay. The lanes/gameplay from everyone on scourge were questionable at best. Offlane solo SK, which was ganked many times. Razor repeatedly diving into a strong tri lane when he had no chance of killing the heros… And honestly centaur (drhook) did as well as you could possibly expect of a position 4 centaur in a losing tri-lane. Switching razor with SK would have most likely given the team a better chance.
I will admit that he was very hesitant with his ultimate, and perhaps needs to realize that it can be used as an initiation and not just an escape. But I only saw one truly egregious example of this, during the fight at your jungle around 18 minutes. I will discuss this with him, but I saw nothing to cross the line of ruining/throwing, when there were multiple times scourge heros ran in, blinked onto an enemy to get instantly killed, or missed lane assignments/rotations.

Yes by rule he should have -gg’ed after the 3rd teammate did so. I want to note that without any raxes being down it does seem a very premature and poor mannered forfeit… But the rules are what they are. I hope all players truly are competing to the best of their abilities in the future.

Unfortunately the game attached is from the other teams perspective… so we are unable to view the ally chat you are referring to. If you are able to come up with that from your automatically saved replays then I would be happy to review it, but as of now there is nothing for me to review for a flaming ban.

After being in this game and reviewing chat, I don’t see anything here ban worthy. I do agree however that Boba is whining and having a pretty defeatist attitude which is a huge deterrent to any team’s chemistry. I hope moving forward he improves, since he knows any flaming slip-ups will result in a long ban. But I do not see evidence enough for a ban here.

After reviewing the chat, Brando chat was minimal, however observer discussion should be kept to a minimum and not involve harassing other players. If he continues this he will not be allowed obs moving forward. As for 1010, there was a lot of flaming going on with everyone on that team with the exception of you, and most of it being good natured with cris/1010. I do agree that admin behavior should be positive, but during the flow of the game I see frustration and attempted guidance rather than blatant and intentional flame toward one specific player.
I will however speak with 1010 and moving forward please feel free to report any more toxic or flaming behavior. I appreciate you keeping upbeat attitude and not resorting to flaming back Zusu.

I hope you try your best in games and if people flame or harass you report it after the game and we will review. Keep in mind, sinking to another players level does not excuse the behavior.

This specific ban request, I will not consider ban worthy. The radiance was bad, however it is usually an acceptable build for that hero. However, we have factored this into another appeal and is part of why he is banned for an extended period of time.
Please report any future behavior like this from the player, as he has been sufficiently warned/banned for this behavior and we will continue to ban judiciously as necessary.
