Game starts fine Frodo is in the trilane and you are jungle Axe and he pulls for you as well as zones his lane and profits kills for pos 1. He plays well pretty much the entire game aside from getting caught out of a few times, but there was nothing deliberate there. The incident at 22 minutes does appear to potentially be blocking but you lived and there was no one chasing you other than a creep so it was inconsequential. The incident at 35 minutes you mention was 2 creeps in woods and part of a wave in lane the latter being during a team grouping situation and was after you already had your core items. The incident at 36 minutes you stood still mid and got caught alone no one was even close enough to save you. Frodo was not griefing you to any degree that had impact on the game and was clearly playing to win even though your team lost. Request denied.

In no way is this enough to ban or even warn someone for toxic behavior. There is no rule stating players must only use English in game or in discord. The rule is that they need a strong enough understanding of English in order to communicate with their team it’s not an obligation to use English all the time and plenty of other players have communicated in their native tongue and you have not had a problem. Looking at the results of the game in question he played fine and your team won and you weren’t even the captain so he really wasn’t beholden to talk to you anyway. Without even translating I can tell you were supposed to go Kunk and he was going to play Dazz and he said it was after the picking phase anyway. Also checking the conversation you had with him on discord your request that he private dm when he wants to speak in another language has never been a thing and we won’t be enforcing that.
