You had been asked many times before the ban request to stop harassing people and you said ok I stop many times, but continued to do it so it’s hard to take your word seriously. Appeal denied.

Game starts out fine bash is solo lane vs ursa, but for some reason he contests the bounty then fails to run away and dies. As soon as he respawns he runs back into lane again ursa flashes near secret shop shows up with boots and kills him again both times he allchats “outpleid”. Bash walks to tower this time and afks away from creep wave at tower until team pauses and discusses a lane swap. Their trilane switches to bot and Bash goes top vs the trilane, but they switch their trilane and Bash is left in a solo lane. Ursa is already fat and roshes early and starts ganking. Bash kills ursa top taking away aegis then stays and fights for some reason and dies around the 8 minute mark. At around 12:30 he takes the DD rune top and dies to 3 and pez notes this in chat. After he respawns you clan clearly see the entire enemy team moving bot to gank in ward vision and he tps top and farms solo letting his team die. At around 15 minutes Bash gets nuked by puck down to 1/3rd hp and stays in lane and then dies to puck while holding a tp and while his team was getting dived bot. As soon as he respawns he tps bots and starts to chase wl then the whole team who was just diving moves down on to him and kills him and his teammates who tped to help. Matt and Bash start arguing in team chat and around 18:30 Bash idles in lane and dies to wl and ursa without attempting to escape. Their team is way too behind the rest of the game and lose Bash ending 2-10-1 and ursa ending 20-1-3.

Game starts ok, there is some memeing in team chat during draft and supnub mutes shadow early on. Lanes start fine, however the trilane loses and after his second death Shadow tps mid to take a wave then goes to the jungle at around the 8 minute mark. Supnub is full roaming and hunting and ganking top lane and Shadow shows up for one of the fights and profits a kill then goes back to jungling. At around 13 minutes there is a team fight situation with all players involved except for Shadow for nearly 7 minutes til almost the 20 minute mark Shadow spends the entire time jungling his team takes both top towers and then backs after mostly winning the fight. At around 22 minutes Shadow joins the team fight top then goes back to jungling to farm his bkb. At around 25 minutes whole team groups mid and pushes all the way to rax and trades mid rax for bot rax then goes for top and there is a full team fight before they back off after forcing some buybacks. Shadow is 6 slotted a little before 29 minutes and team is preparing to push and try to end. 3 of his teammates are top and catch a kill then captain calls to push top since it was low Shadow decides to dive bot t2 with veno there and dies solo to tb and sf then veno dies as well. Team roshes while Shadow is dead then team assembles to push bot then there is a big team fight that they win so they take bot t2 and then die trying to push rax. Team regroups and smokes to push bot rax again and catch one with a swap and kill tower and for some reason Shadow leaves after killing top and runs to top tower to kill that then dies alone after his team dies in the team fight down a man. Team regroups and tries mid push for throne a little after the 40 minute mark, but they end up having a few die and have to back. Enemy team pushes their mid a few minutes later and they chase them back and win the team fight then go mid to try to end again and win that fight as well and take ranged rax bottom before leaving. Around 47 minutes they regroup and rosh then go back mid to try to end. Team fight starts and Shadow immediately goes top to kill both rax solo before joining the team fight then they lose the team fight. Supnub gets caught trying to slow the push and dies then buys back to defend, but they lose the team fight and get throned.
There wasn’t much chatlog that affect the sentencing here so I am not going to bother going through it all. Shadow left his team in the two most important fights when they were trying to end to take top rax which resulted in the lost team fights that lead to the end of the game. Supnub was not griefing at all the whole game and was the biggest reason their team was still in it. Shadow will be banned for 3 days for refusing to play with team as this is his 4th ban this season for this reason. Request approved.

During draft shadow asks for hero, and offers to play meepo for teshins strategy since boris says he doesn’t play that hero. Teshin tells shadow to stop typing and threatens to ban him for talking during draft. Shadow ends up being muted and teshin blames shadow for the poor draft.

In conclusion it seems that sentinels only defence vs the brood was zeus, and he refused to defend vs the spiderlings at many points in the game. The only orders given were to rotate, which everyone did albeit slightly delayed, and to ignore the broodmother which was done except for when the rax were under seige. Without zeus chain lightning spam to clear the spiderlings both supports heroes lacked any tools to stop the spiderling push. Teshin will be banned for 2 days for refusing to defend and toxic behavior. Request approved.

Games starts fine Boyka starts out cutting top against sand king and it’s pretty free. At a little after 3 minutes he tanks a few tower hits not getting the creeps in the proper location for the cut with siege and dies which is a reckless miscalculation as stated in the brq, but not outright griefing. Around 6 minutes a similar thing happens however this time he was rotated on so less avoidable than the previous death. The incident cited at 11:30 was started at 12 minutes since that is when the fight started woods so he was watching for about 30 seconds not a minute nor 90 seconds as you state and probably to determine if he needed to tp and his dagger was on cooldown but he didn’t even need to dagger to engage; I don’t think it is as severe as you claim (full on griefing) but it is also not good. In the next few minutes he does take one ancient stack then proceeds to farm neutrals a bit as an axe typically does and at around 16 minutes he engages and kills in a team fight then takes t1 tower. The farming patterns look normal in the next few minutes and the fight he didn’t join was already being called not to go and was more of a catch than an obligatory team fight. At around 21 minutes he initiates mid and leads to a one for four win and t2 tower dying for the fight. The incident around 24 minutes he was staying top defending a t1 tower while team was pushing t2 and should have tped and joined since bot t1 tower was still there to tp to. A little before 29 minutes you get caught alone while rest of the team is grouping bot river which leads to a full lost team fight and lost rax and immediately you blame your team. The team fight in base at 36:30 is a full win for the team with everyone there. The rosh incident was inconsequential and you overreacted. Axe initiated the situation the made it possible to push mid but it was only lich who died and if naga ratted bot and tped mid during your push you could have ended up down 2 rax to none so it was a judgement call erring heavily on safety not some sort of griefing. The incident around 45:30 was a bad move and could be considered griefing with the low chances of winning the fight and not knowing where the rest of the team was. At around 50 minutes big team fight win with boyka being a big reason for that catching naga in rosh pit and the orchid was a factor. The incident at 53 minutes your whole team was close by so I don’t consider this deliberate throwing most of the team was high hp regardless the game is over immediately after this situation.

Gameplay wise I see mostly reckless plays not intentional griefing or outright refusal to play with the team. Axe did spend a lot of the time farming, but he did take a tower early and kept his tower pretty untouched for a long time. He made calls for grouping and ganking and initiated when he was there which lead to some very profitable team fights and nothing in his chat indicates he is griefing. Not joining the team push at t2 tower bot seems to be the incident closest to refusal to play with team or low effort griefing which set off you and the team. He should have joined instead of defending top, but him joining there does not guarantee a win as you seem to think nor could he have joined the team fights before that without dagger. The basic assertion is that if he was there sooner the game was guaranteed, but I don’t think anyone can assume that for this game. The most significant moment that contributed to the loss that was verified was when you were caught solo before getting raxed mid. A majority of the game he is not doing anything wrong aside from some of the incidents mentioned above, but they were reckless plays not deliberate griefing. Now for the chatlog and the language of your ban request. I am not going to consider the claims that he does this all the time because it is not reported and I have not seen it personally nor will I go researching all your games together to confirm or refute this. The language in your ban request is assuming a lot of his intent and is subjective and not verified so I cannot use this in conjunction with the ban request. Reading the chatlog pretty much everything boyka said was after you were on a full tirade aimed at him. You isolated a few of the things he said to you, but within the context of the full chatlog you were just as bad if not worse and certainly more prolific. There was no specific ban reason cited, but reading the chatlog boyka only commented about you a few times which you mention and you were pretty relentless in your comments towards him so there would be no flaming or toxic behavior ban here. Boyka will be banned for 1 day for reckless play as this is his first ban of this nature. Request approved.
