Honestly I can understand virus here, this guy is consistently tking his teams and ignoring reasonable advice from 3x players on his team. Not like flaming is the best way to handle this but it’s understandable, since there is hardly an option to address consistent tk from vouched players.

Captains are not “selected”. A captain is a person with the highest ELO in the team (that was me). As long as at least one player agrees with the captain’s call then it’s considered the team’s call (since the captain’s call is a tie-breaker).
We called on you leaking for us to send 15 since you were the weakest lane (full dead value) and we needed a leaker to send 15. I made the call and red supported it, thus you were obliged to follow the team call and leak. You’ve refused the team call and built full instead, as a result we had a very poor send 15.
I did not force you to build or arrange your towers in some specific way, I’ve asked you to follow the team call for sending 15 (we needed a leaker for that and have determined that your lane should leak). This is a fact of direct teamkilling and ignoring the team call (captain + 1 more player) and this is bannable.
Despite that I am sorry for flaming you and I apologize and probably do deserve a warn/ban for that. Next time I’ll just silently file a ban request and let the mods handle that.
One more thing: best case scenario is just banning him entirely from FBG, let him play LIHL if he is so unhappy about the skill level of FBG players. I don’t know why he keeps coming to play here.
I think if he is so easy on such behavior then it’s very likely that I am not the last FBG player (and most probably not the first one as well) who is going to see stuff like that from him.
Also I don’t get why don’t you just play LIHL games if you consider FBG players to be subpar. But tbh out of all the LIHL players I’ve played with you are the worst one and your ELO is saying a lot about that (compare to Tin’s, for example).
Can we just ban this guy forever on FBG bot and let him shittalk LIHL players and see how long they would tolerate this? Maybe this is why you avoid actually playing LIHL.
First, I didn’t juice every level, you are blatantly lying. If I did then give replay timestamps. I’ve only juiced on 15 and 17, both levels they could’ve sent. I was also mid 5-7-10 and saved several heals for the team on these lvls with my build.
Second, You give me shit post-factum for playing as I see fit. You barely ever give any in-game advice and just blame me in hindsight. You can only blame someone when you actually gave the advice and they ignored it.I would like to support this ban request and give some input myself.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 6:00 – EF asks me why I cancel push, I tell him I want to try something out, his reply: “Get banned?”
7:20 – after he is told by another player that I am a decent player he says that I am “ultra bad” and goes on insulting me and calling me a noob when I tell him I won more games vs him than he did vs me
14:10 – Me and teal stay 7/3 for 10 because we have lod/necro, tell EF to push, he stays 7/3 with ToK + spectres, later on leaks 10 without send and so stays 7/3 until arena – 19:20 and onwards.
Later on he also forced a 14 send with a solo send (around 28:00), but game was a draw because of technical issues with the other team.
Additional Information: Consistently bad behavior, poor communication, arrogant beyond belief while at times displaying very poor performance (holding 10 with 7/3 tok+specters when you have Hades/Necro on your team is laughable), multiple complaints from various people, poor feedback – this guy needs a reality check. I am not sure if any ban would be helpful here, but it’s either a long juicy ban to make him change his attitude or a full unvouch.
