After reviewing the game and the chat here, I have reached the conclusion that no bans will be issued.

While no one got the right to king control, unless it’s a team decision, it is still rude to take the king away from someone, especially in cases where the original king controller is arguably better than you. So please work on your communication if you want to take when someone already got it, asking the team or the king controller in future scenarios like this will prevent problems like this arise. So while you didn’t violate any rules per say, you still caused trouble for your team and created an unfortunate situation, which could have been prevented with communication. I know you have some problems with certain individuals in the league, fixing those issues will take an effort from both parts, and doing stuff like this won’t help you, so please consider this as well.For @deadmauz:
While I understand your frustration, I would like you to remind you to threat your fellow teammates with respect and refrain from flaming. I hope that you will give dpteacher another chance, and you can get your issues solved and have some quality games in the future. Any of you, nor the league, is benefiting from your personal grudges.Processing.

As you might know, we are not unvouching someone based on a single bad game. Furthermore, when reviewing the chatlog of the game you linked in the first post, I see no attempt to help him out with his roll and prevent the free leaks. If he contentiously tk’s as claimed, then simply saving the games after playing with him and making a new unvouch request when you have 3-5 replays ready for review. But I do expect you to try help him out with his roll in the games.

While you are not gonna be unvouched based on a single replay, I will remind you to be more open towards advice from your team and ask more skilled players for help. We, the admin team, does not condemn micromanagement of players, but we do expect players to ask questions and take advice when given. We have observed a few cases of you refusing to receive help, and if this behavior continue then it might lead to sanctions of some kind.Because of the lack of replays, the topic will be closed.

While I understand some of the frustration from you Niko, you decided to approach him in a very nonconstructive and flamey manner. While I have no ambition of nitpicking every single build choice from both of you, I will just highlight that Dpteacher ended up 4085 val 15, holding inf send – so him becoming nopush/nohold was definately not true. He did make some questionable choices, but so did you.
But this is actually besides the point of this ban request, it is about how you communicate your feedback and suggestions in a desirable manner and once again you failed to do this. Because this is your third offense of flaming according to our backlog, your behaviour in this game will result in a 48h ban.

We are among the admin team looking into solutions for the DCs, both in regards to possibilities for a reconnect tool (either here at bnet or some other solution) and we have been discussing both new drawing rules and/or stricter bans. If you got any suggestions then feel free to let us know, either here or in a DM.
No reason to report it here, simply tagging LTD admins in discord is sufficient in the future.

After reviewing the game I reached the following conclusion:
Kilika gives a lot of advice to Dpteacher in the game, and I do personally disagree with half of the statements. I think you need to work on your communicative skills with other players Kilika, and try to sort of which tips are needed for the other player to have a successful game and which tips are just how you would have played it. You could look into the chatlog and see how MTG communicated with Dpteacher this game, I liked that a lot and it seems like Dpteacher did that as well.
For Dpteacher, I understand it is frustrating to play a game where you are tried micromanaged, but please refrain from using the phrase “Play your own game” this indicates that you are 4 separate non-dependent entities, which definitely aint the case in a game like this. Your comments 6 wasn’t necessary and it was not super surprising that a huge OB like that held.
I see no excessive flame in the game, and because of that, no one will be warned or banned. But I hope you both will take your time and read my view on the matter and think about this.

I have reviewed the replay, and while it might indeed seem fishy, I have decided to give cptkeys/tha the benefit of the doubt with his somewhat reasonable argument. Be aware that if we get further reports or insights into “shady dc’s” on your side Cptkeyz, this report might affect the result of such investigation.

I have reviewed this ban request and reached the following assessment:
1) There was no clear agreement on the team when to send.
2) There was no clear captain on the team calling the shots.
3) Zevex did call 20 and forced a send, but 1) and 2) are mitigating circumstances.Because of this Zevex will receive a 12H ban for his solosending.

Since you asked for a second opinion, I am dealing with your ban appeal.
First of all, I have decided to deny your appeal. I am denying your appeal because 1) I consider what you did in that game as flaming flaming and 2) I see zero regrets in your post.
I will remind you that trials are being assessed based on both their 1) skills and 2) behaviour. If you keep behaving as you did in the reported game, then you place yourself in the risk of being denied based on your behaviour.
