Both ban requests are simply ridiculous. 2 wrongs don’t make a right.
You should have clearly stated you don’t want swing as captain. Also trolling with ‘i vote swing as captain cause else he blame lihl’ isn’t helpful at all. Staying silent also doesn’t help in any way. Swing stated his intention and went on with it. You had enough time to speak up and disagree with the call.
After first reg up however it’s pretty clear that team doesn’t want to clog. At 4 it is even clearly stated to send 5 and only up 2 attack. There was no reason anymore to stay stubborn with clog call and do another reg.

Enemy king still had around 2500 hp when you died. Him building wouldn’t have made much difference. It may have stalled for 2 seconds mmaybe. Still you either push or you build. There was defintely no reason to keep 400g banked.
Since you only recently returned and have no prior issues i’ll keep it at a warning.

The captain rule was made because it should be easier for highest elo to make an objective assessment of the current situation. You can always ask input from your team, but in the end you have to make the decision yourself.
Im pretty sure you realised it would be impossible to win this game. It does feel that you make excuses and hide behind your team.
Rules however are what they are and you called draw. I hope you’ll make the correct decision next time.

He sent 3 dinos on lvl 13. Maybe he wanted some income, i have no idea. His team couldn’t be bothered with it since there was no report. Furthermore only chat of your team is available, so i can’t really see what’s going on.
While watching replay i also saw teal solo sending furb on lvl 4, because he was late. Orange also sent 3 units late on lvl 14 for the same reason. Yet you can only be bothered with reporting xyu.
Finally i don’t understand why you have that kind of attitude when it was decided to just continue playing. Yes, they could have sold to save your precious time. On the other hand they could have also forced draw in which case game would have just ended there.

Ghost rule is clear: “Do not ghost by leaking any information to your enemies/opponents. Observers cannot provide any information to either team including build advice. The level of punishment for this offense will depend on both the usefulness of the information and the intent of the person ghosting.”
Chandalar gave value of Supreme during lvl 10 while being in observers. With regards to the above rule, i’ll give you minimal ban.

Juggle part: On lvl 7 Proce3d clearly juggles to slow down game. Since there wasn’t any real impact. I’ll leave it at a warning. In case of next offense you will be banned.
Votekick part: This funcion doesn’t have any use in league games, but i suppose it could be used in pubs for kicking players who are afk or suck. I dunno. After reviewing the game it’s pretty clear he wanted some sort of payback, because you honestly were dragging on an unnecessary discussion and argueing all the time. Still everyone knows they shouldn’t use the -vk command. If there are more issues, we will take proper measures in the future.

Juggle part:
On lvl 10 you said to juggle. You also said juggle on lvl 3 and 5 too. I’m inclined to believe he didn’t up because you said to juggle, which he also agreed on earlier levels . Furthermore he could only do 3 ups max or only 2 when he pushed. You were dead anyway.
Intentional game ruin build:
After level 3 send he leaks too much. He desperately tries to recover, but with his build it’s pretty much impossible, especially lvl 5. He tried a mix and failed, but i wouldn’t call this intentional. Im sure he learned his lesson now. Shit happens.
Overall i don’t see anything banable.

Regarding calling we have current rules:
Sending should always be coordinated with the team via discussion. If the team wishes, they may elect a dedicated caller for the game.
In the case where the majority of the team is against your call or you cannot come to a consensus, do not force your own call by sending before the discussion is finished. You should give enough time for players to object to your call before sending.
In the case where the team is evenly split on a decision and there is no majority after discussing, the player on the team with the highest elo (Captain) will break the tie. (This should be a last resort and rarely occur).Since 3 persons immediately followed your call to up king, i won’t regard this as solo upping. However being highest elo doesn’t automatically give you the right to call.
Regarding aqua build: You always add aqua for lvl 2. This is something you obviously know. Afterwards you even comment:

regarding flaming/provoking: I don’t see any excessive flaming here. Provoking is done by you both. Pink even comments that both are provoking here.

Only Klamtsvin sent furmit on 7, while the others only kinged. There was a concensus to only king.

Please reread sending rules. You are free to involve yourself in calling, however team decides when to send. Having highest elo also doesn’t automatically make you captain.

After internal discussion we decided to reduce ban time. It’s indeed your first offense and you’ve sat out most of the ban time. I’m also inclined to believe that all prior issues led to you being somewhat unattentive/afk in the next game.
For future references it’s better to skip a game if you’re still that annoyed with a game.
Also future offenses will lead to harsher bans. Appeals may not work then.Ban time reduced by 24h.

At lvl 1 you up by accident. Ok can happen.
At lvl 2 you save 120 gold for no reason. You risk lvl 2 and stay 2/0. Ofc you either push or add here. Same for lvl 3. There was even a pause needed so you could add for lvl 3. And yet you still save 100g here while you could have added 2 whisps or add sentry for example.
Afterwards you continuously push late. People need to constantly ask if you were not afk. I was also under the impression that you were constantly AFK at this point or at least not paying any attention to the game.
Finally you miss send on lvl 10.
Shit can indeed happen but this is way too much.

You want to send level 3 while Klamtsvin prefer to send level 4. Other team mates don’t respond. Only a few seconds before the end of round 3 you ping and the send furb. Everyone except you misses income. Call is indeed late. This however does not mean you can just send whatever you want.They eat 3 send. Even if he did send bo 3, the impact would be small. Both are wrong here.
Better communcation earlier could have solved this.

He follows the k10 call. Im pretty sure enemy team could see prior upgrades.
On lvl 10 he also follows your call to send lock wolf. The comment on you also being a trial is unnecessary. Still i don’t see any excessive flame/toxicity. This is the only comment in the whole game.Not building ghost on lvl 13 is at most not most optimal build. You even write they come 14. Furthermore you never die 13 so impact is minimal. With 7/6 he could have added another mutant and may be mid. Im not sure and even if he’s mid it would be very small. You win race 17.
I’d like to remind you that everyone is allowed to play his/her own lane. His lane may not have been most optimal, like others in game, but there is nothing ban worthy.
In general i don’t see anything banable.
