Game Notes:
Boba is flaming a trial unprompted from minute 1, already setting a toxic atmosphere and putting the team in bad spirits.
Minute 1: Vosje dies to tower 1v1 going for first blood, bit sloppy but close fight
Minute 3: Vosje asks for gank mid, but right after there is a massive fight bottom tri-lanes resulting in deaths from both teams and needing a reset
Minute 4:30: Rhasta (boba) does gank, noting he has mana for one spell with invis rune. Is successful gank but vosje does die from SF death spirits.
Minute 6: Rhasta comes back as ember requests but SF goes to jungle, they do get a kill on cent rotating mid, successful play.
Minute 7: Rhasta tps top to save naix, get a kill on dirge. then lightnings to kill morph. ember and naix were close but low hp, can understand the burst but was more than likely not needed there at all.
Minute 9:30: Rhasta saves lightning to get a kill, likely not needed again either. Cent does use ult to try and escape however, so could be rationalized.
Minute 10:00: Vosje calls for gank mid but SF is just creeping neutrals between towers 1/2 out of scourges sightline, so rhasta does not come.
Minute 11:00: Rhasta again uses lightning at very end to finish a kill with two teammates around, probably needlessly.
Minute 14:40: Ember dies to SF at tower with a cent stun, miscalculating his mana. Unnecessary death
Rest of the game is pretty uneventful. Majority are team fights and nothing very noteworthy. Overall analysis, rhasta gameplay was not bad and majority of the time mid (vosje) asked for gank, he obliged. The only major time he didn’t was when SF was not showing and instead he rotated to help top as they were getting pushed. If anything ember played sloppier than rhasta with a few silly deaths. Having said that, rhasta is repeatedly making selfish plays which are too constant to overlook as unfortunate, but it does not seem game ruining.
Both vosje and boba trade toxicity with vosje asking host to drop boba in all chat so he can go play pubs, which of course pisses off boba. At this point boba hadn’t done anything ban worthy or remotely close to, so I can understand his reaction. Even still, boba did set the tone for this lobby with harassing a new trial player forcing the players to ask everyone to try and focus.

Magnus loses lane to slark hard, but BH camps mid for 2 minutes to steal a courier kill that never comes. By then the tri lane is lost, the offlane lost, and mid gained no advantage from having a BH sit there for multiple waves.
Getting to the chatlog behavior, yes BestPlayer did use insults we do not condone, but it would be disingenuous to say it was unprompted. You instigated this behavior with multiple insults over many instances… Asking for a 1v1 unvouch, saying repeatedly that you are just waiting for the game to end or spamming gg, this is all toxic behavior and contributes to a negative game atmosphere.
For the record, your constant references to Kobyfish are irrelevant and have no bearings to any ongoing ban requests and just show a general absence of self-ownership by deflecting. Seeing games like this are sad because if people just tried their best and not constantly try to shit on the others there could be a better game.

* 2 minute pause allowed beginning of game (5 minutes total per team)
* Any disconnect after the first minute must result in the game continuing (Only exception is up to captain agreement or admin discretion)
* Any use of ghosting via voice chat, account sharing, direct messaging, stream sniping, etc. is subject to voiding the team of any prizes and participation in the tournament, as well as penalties extending into next season
* Any excessive flaming or racist behavior can result in a player being substituted with an alternate, or in extreme circumstances, removal of a team from the tournament.
* Any account sharing or smurfing of an account can result in instant suspension of a team and forfeiture of their entry fee
* NEW RULE Any team that does not show up to an entire series that they are scheduled for can be subject to being ineligible and unable to play the next tournament FBG hosts (this penalty would apply to every player listed on the teams official roster)M4ster is a unique case, and at this point the only player we’ve allowed an exception to be made as far as ping. We all know his situation and where he lives, he barely gets decent ping playing on EU, and has proven enough times that we trust his judgement to not play NA. As for Rice and Markus, they didn’t do anything malicious here… Rice is an NA player himself, so he had nothing to gain by trying to play this on EU.
Having said that, they should be more thorough in checking to make sure everyone is on board. I would like to state that you have previously been okay with this in the past, but I am in agreement that just because you agree to it once, does not require you to always agree to EU realm. If NA wins fair and square then it should be played on that realm. Any player other than M4ster has to play when a realm is queue popped, but him trying to say everyone agreed when it was just not true is wrong. In the future we will adhere to the same rules as we have, if you are in queue you are required to play. This was not a queue, this was a randomizer and while we adhere to same rules M4ster like I stated is the only player we currently allow an exception too.
In conclusion, I will warn M4ster to not try and deceive players into forcing an EU lobby as that is deceptive and unfair and be more aware of the possibility of NA lobbies, though he has done a good job up to this point. Rice and Markus perhaps took the word of M4ster without thorough checking but they had no malicious intent or desire to punish any of the players. It has been addressed and reminded in private of how we address this situation but that will be the only “punishment”.
If you do see someone other than M4ster trying this feel free to report and it will be dealt with.

If you truly want to play support no one is stopping you. I dont have much left to say on this matter, but if we allow one person to make a secret account then we have to do it for everyone and the draft system is broken. If its NOT a secret then it’s irrelevant anyways because players will know who you are.
I probably would have reduced the ban for your ragequit given the circumstances but because of trying to sneak in a second account I will just let those cancel each other out. So I will not be reducing this ban, but also not adding for trying to add a smurf account under duress.
It seems this is irrelevant anyways as you say you want a break, but I wanted to weigh in and make a final decision.

I want to take your ban appeal seriously but the way in which you are trying to single out an admin and accuse them of something, while insulting them as well proves you don’t get it or what the issue is.
I’ll give you another chance to try and comment this appeal without being toxic or negative, and then we can go from there. The appeal in this current state will not be accepted.
