As I have played with you in games before, and you have observed multiple in-house games, you are approved for trial! Make sure to try your best and keep your positive attitude and you will do great here.

Fluid I’m glad to see you back! With knowing you from the previous iteration of the In-House League, I am happy to approve you for trial.
I recommend you just obs a few games and/or pub a bit to get familiar with the new map, but I have no doubts you will get back in the swing of things quickly.

Since this is long past being relevant, and have had no contact with Reading since the start of this new season, I am putting this under denied.

Moving this request for the player HLGH. After playing in a pub test game, proceeded to flame everyone. Teammates, myself, and anyone else who spoke in the game. Could have been a decent player, but until the attitude is changed no place in the league for a player like this.

I would still like him to observe a game, but his skill level should be fine for inhouse.

Puchito, I did play two games with you the other day. In both games you did well, even as your team failed miserably.
In-House games are much harder, but at least you won’t have to worry about leavers or incompetent teammates.
I am approving you for trial, and the only step you have left to do is observe one game, so you see how we do our drafting, how supports ward/rotate, etc.

The second drop you had occurred during team already having mega creeps… and given the improvement you have made to your internet stability, I understand your appeal.
Please make sure to try to keep all precautions available and maintain whatever you have been doing the past few months, as it has been much better.
Since you also tested it before, I am shortening your ban. However any drops over the next couple days will be dealt with without appeals (in regards to disconnects).

After playing with you today I have no doubt you are ready for inhouse.
Just be warned, that it is CD mode, and captains may pick heros for you. Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask for heros you are stronger with, or more adept. But it may not always work out you get them unless you are captaining yourself.

Ziiiio, I know you played a game with our admins MustardTiger and Trees the other day. Based off that one game they said you did okay, but could perhaps use a better understanding of roles such as support, core, carry, etc. And how to itemize correctly for this.
I would like for you to play a few more games with us before we give you an official trial role.
Also, we do have a Korean speaker (LeaveMeAlone) who offered to help you with communication or if you have any questions about what to do here. We are all happy to help.

Thank you for joining us from reddit. I have spoken with you a bit in private and I would love to have you start playing some games. However even with your vast DotA 2 experience I would recommend you do a few practice games and perhaps observe a game or two of our league to see how things operate before jumping in. Things are quite different, especially from the current patch of DotA 2.
