After watching the game:
The DC is definitely suspicious, and while i tend to agree it was most likely a ragequit.. he doens’t have a history of such, and so benefit of doubt will be given for the dc.
However his behaviour is definitely off the charts (considering his history/recent comeback): Will be moved to trial for the time being, however @TheSwing90 keep it noted: If this behaviour continues, and more complaints about your behaviour are brought to our attention, you will be removed from the community indefinitely.

Already gave you explanations to all of it (Feel free to copy/paste our messages entirely, and not twist everything that you’re told to fit your delusional side of the story), so not sure what exactly you’re looking for to clarify at the moment, but won’t close the topic just yet, unless you’re gonna keep on spamming the same things you’ve already got an answer to.
You got unmuted – and your first action was to start spamming chat, so yes, i banned you for a week (as stated in the previous appeal).
You already had multiple admins (Alan, Hal, Me) explaining this situation to you, detail by detail – Don’t know what else you want to accomplish here (besides twisting everyone’s comments), so over means over.
You’re banned until 18/06 (Feel free to message me after 19/06 or anyone else, and you will be unbanned at that point), however if this behaviour keeps up, we will be moving to a more permanent unvouch (Yesterday alone, you pretty much had arguments with everyone in all of your games – doubt its everyone’s fault, except yours).

In the case where the team is evenly split on a decision and there is no majority after discussing, the player on the team with the highest elo (Captain) will break the tie. (This should be a last resort and rarely occur).
Not gonna bother checking the other ban requests on you, but your behaviour alone + your actions in this game justify the ban applied

Raket – replay timers:
At start, takes assigned hero / gets normal items
At 8 mins, he ends up finishing slardar (Slardar was blocked at the forest), so no need to use nova to lasthit
At 10.40 – could have used the mango sooner, but does end up lasthitting (doubt it was intentional here tho)
Doens’t buy any ward or anything – keeps saving for dagger (which he gets at 22:47: Playwise he was present tho)
At 25:50, last hits tower when he could have let the hc do it
At 26:40 mins, doens’t cast a single spell the entire fight
At 27:43 mins – bought his first wards ingame (after initial laning)
At 33 mins – waits too long before casting spells (could have used chain nova, but waits in the back with all enemies together)
At 34:20 – buys travels (only has dagger/travels at this point)
At 35:40 – doens’t even cast a single spell (no nova, or anything)
At 38:46 – Lich attacks/kills blue wards (Blue was trying to ward, he asks lich if he could pls help ward, and lich kills his wards sitting on the ground – Raket said it was a misclick..)Jaguar:
1st death at 20:20 – Dies in a teamfight, nothing he could have done
2nd death at 24:09 – Gets caught top (All missing, husk top with him, enters woods, stuns and tries to run back, but with no sucess)
3rd death at 33:59 – Dies in a teamfight, no diving at all (they attempt to defend top)
4th death at 35:40 – Sees tuskar at river, attempts to back, and gets caught by tusk shard, coulnd’t back out (still attacks/casts spell, and if lich helped.. maybe he had better chances lol)So:
