We will discuss the ban appeal of course, but just wanted to make it clear that we already made an announcement which clarified that smurfs and main accounts would be banned if caught (and he reacted to it).
We have internal documents describing the length of bans for possible violations of the rules, and 24-48h is way below that, while the 120h is pretty standard.
I see no remorse or anything (and it probably wouldn’t change anything either way). Denied.
Alright, I did review the game as well now.
You said that we should ignore you flaming because diablo started (kindergarden much).
But let’s buy in on that, you started this thing by saying “I won’t let you tk, ty”Did he play perfect – no, but neither did you, but that is besides the point.
You can’t ignore someone and whine about the player not doing as you want after that.You were both super toxic and I debated a lot about whether issue ban(s), but I will warn you both and next time we see something similar from any of you, then you will receive a ban.

Quetra and I did already review this game before you posted the ban request and I have reached out to Solal informing him about our view upon his decision to upload the game and removed Solal’s ability to upload games in the future. As far as I can see Solal did not break any rules and because of that a ban will not be issued.
Because of this being an extremely black/white case of a replay which shouldn’t have been uploaded, your team were (maybe intentional, maybe not) deceived into selling in a game you would have won, I have reached out to Anders (the webmaster of wc3stats) and requested that the replay will be purged from the stats. This does not mean that we will be reviewing every game where people accuse someone else of bad sportsmanship, as these are often hard to assess what would be the outcome and will be in the grey area, which would potentially lead to unfair moderation. This is an exception because the case is completely black/white.
I confirmed through the replay at wc3stats that Legionaire indeed went afk two times in the game and last afk was ~10 minutes.
Emergencies can happen and bans won’t be issued based on a 2 min afk emergency if paused, but two times during one game and the last one so lengthy is unreasonable.

Not gonna lie, this is one of the weirdest ban appeals I’ve ever had.
1) I was told by several lihl members that building outerwall in this version is a reliable way of avoiding free leak, as a skilled member as you are you should know this.
2) You know for sure that it’s not the optimal way of playing it, hence intentionally tk/troll.
3) If you rerolled into stuff like AoD/polar – where would you even place it?
4) We have placed people back on trial or even candidated them for building mid.
Conclusion: You should have known better than experimenting for science/troll. You can do that in a pub game or in debug mode. Ban remains.

Hi Panish. I reviewed the appeal, the original report and the replay.
While I agree that your play was suboptimal and you need to improve by asking more questions, because you not leaking might have cost you the game, I don’t believe that you did intentionally tk and hence I am unbanning you.
Some clarifications:
– You did push 7/7 as team asked for and showing cooperation
– You added value for 12, no one told you that you would hold 13 with it before the round started.
– After 12, no one told you to sell or split, someone told you not to add (which you didn’t) and you seemed to be under the impression that you would leak by saying “still got delay”
– At 14 you did full build, I clarified this in DM’s with you, as I see this as the closest thing to intentionally tk. But you feared that opponents would send 14 and full build (1. Their push sucked as much as yours, 2 you had no 13 leak and 3. it would never be your job to cover 14 with your value – so even if they did come 14 it would not be your job to hold). But no one told you to sell, **4** seconds before the round startet Blinden pinged your delay and said “sell that shit” and you didn’t do that.There are definitely rooms for improvements in your game, both before and after 10. Feel free to reach out to me for some of the things I noticed, and in general be more communicative with your team and ask the questions that make you improve.

I reviewed the 2 games and the ban request now.
I had a time assessing whether it was intentional tk, and I will disagree with my other admin. I think you played fine in the game Blinden uploaded, untradtional yeah but still fine, you just needed to communicate your plan with your team instead of misbehaving.
The game you had with you okbik/virus was kinda rough though. You did go against the bo+add call at 3. Going against the teamcall, especially without communicating it, is a rule violation.
The upping during 7 and the building of dead value after 10 is questionable as well, and I would expect better from a skilled player like you. Can’t say whether it is intentional though.
You need to work on your attitude, both in game and in discord.Ban appeal denied.
After reviewing the game, I came to the conclusion that at some levels there was a bit of spam pinging. Even though you (Virus) don’t agree with this rule, it is still a violation to our rules which can be found here at the forum. Because of this you will get banned 12 hours, but be aware that if you violate this rule again and get reported you will experience longer bans.
I have to admit how Simon managed his roll(s) and push was sub-optimal, but if you legit want to help (which I do) then you should reconsider how you communicate this. While it wasn’t flaming per se, I get why people won’t follow your advice when you communicate like that.
After talking with H4ken I confirmed that Striker did indeed had a ping spike at the same time, because you played a lot and have no history of DCs previously I am gonna grant you an unban. However, it seems like there are some problems with your connection lately, play on a wired connection, ensure that you have no background processes running which is taking a lot of your bandwidth and review this message from Kappa (https://discord.com/channels/437439646381637644/437439646381637646/771193238258188288)
Your warnings will remain, so if you dc soon again your 48 hours will be applied again and won’t be appealable.
