Skillwise, you still lack much to get close to acceptable skill level i saw myself in replays and feedback from community. We gave you a very long trial period, since from our personal talks i saw willingness to learn and motivation to catch up. That means though, that youll have to take those micromanagement tipps, since you simply did not gain the ability to play your line to a lihl level standard. 1 bad decision can cripple your lines role as yolo or hold tremendously. Seen how you rejected them often over the last days, and i was gonna have 1 final talk with you to get a few more games to turn it around before denial. Will not stand that this looks now like lihl treated u horrible, ofc i dont know all your games and all the interactions you had with players, but the majority was very patient with you from what i got in responses on direct messages. They realized ur far away from level and send it so i can help you improve and look out what and where you have to improve so you can make it here.
Community wanted you to succeed in ur trial, wont let it stand here like it was the other way around.Warning for this level of personal insult would send the wrong message to the community, 3 days i consider pretty low bantime lenient judgement cause of the trigger already.

Alrdy told you to reflect why your trial got this many no supports and analise this replay once with another mod and ull find the answer.
Solo sending denied, the captain rule is not an official lihl rule, communication was just poisoned at this game all in all, so i dont feel strong enough of a claim
Banned for excessive flaming for 72 hours for excessive flaming, normally id ban more but he was heavily triggered imo.This ban is legit, also 96 hours and postpone to new season is alrdy rly lenient towards you which i wasnt happy about in the first place.
Also alot of the argumentation is backwards.
However, u made me aware of midigating factors that lead to your bullshit behaviour and admitted ur faults and gave me a brighter view, so i can understand why it happened.Regarding you didnt rq ever before in lihl and ur a veteran here for years, i have faith that this will not happen again. Ill shorten this due to personal reasons, and i hope community understands this not as favouritism since i am generally very hard on bantimes and not lenient on breaking the rules. If you fuck up again, this is solely on me so pls dont make me regret this.

Will not show leniency on behaviour problems this time though.Please attach a replay if u talk about 1 game only. Also me personally, i dont rate 1 bad game too much i prefeer to look at patterns.This feedback is kinda limited for Admins to work with.
Spoken to Achilles, wasnt a ragequit, he smacked his pc hard cause of ragemode and it plugged off. He has no rq bans history in all of his years in LIHL, so im inclined to believe him.
