As with most EF cases, multiple ACP admins were involved. This has been reviewed internally and no further action will be taken.
The issues you have are created by your own poor behavior. Action was taken against you and other members involved.

Okay, let’s be clear…. You were afk for an excessive amount of time without informing your team. You missed a discussion, income and forced a pause. Then you acted like an ass afterwards and got reported for it as a result.
Until we at least agree that you were afk for an excessive amount of time, the appeal will not move forward.
Strange circumstance. As discussed in DMs, you should have played the game out and let the Admins decide what to do with the replay.
Seeing as there wasn’t a rule for this at the time and the new rule results in an auto-draw… I will unban you. Don’t think this will happen again. In the future, please play games out even if an agreeable decision isn’t made in-game between the teams for these out of the ordinary circumstances.

You were banned for 2 dc’s within 3 days. These are the only DC’s you’ve have on record. That being said, you’ve only have 25 games this season. 2 / 25 is a pretty high ratio for DC which isn’t great to see.
You’ve served most of your ban and it’s first time so I will unban you. However, please note future appeals for DC’s will not be accepted and you should take action to resolve your DC issues if they continue.

Well, I find this entire thing to be a bit silly. I went ahead and pulled the logs of Elf warning people and he often uses the abbreviation “ns” for No Show. I can prove he’s used it since he started his time as an Admin and with multiple different people. It’s clearly not intentional to be insulting which was the stem of this issue.
On the Mustard side, I think he found the entire situation to be ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time. Almost all of us (even some German), have no idea what you are talking about – not to mention the abbreviation ns is used all the time in LTD. He felt you were just trying to cause drama out of nothing and wanted to put an end to it.
I don’t think he would directly insult you, but I’ll talk to him as a courtesy as well as the LTD Admins.

Please note – Typically, we should only do flame bans when they are reported. The situation is subjective and we should get confirmation that there was in-fact an issue that occurred.
That being said, Tin and I have talked many a time about flame. The general attitude of I know this person so I can talk shit isn’t okay in my eyes when someone joined the community days ago. We should be welcoming new players and helping them get up to speed not trash talking them.
Tin’s FBG LTD role is removed for 7 days.
Alright, let’s go through each of these.
1) Flaming – Wezy is obviously trying to take some control of the game and builds. I wouldn’t say this is my ideal example of how a team should work together, but I’m not seeing anything that would warrant punishment.

A lot of this BRQ is initiated among the fact that Wezy was toxic and passive aggressive to a Trial. I think he cared about winning the game and is retrospectively analyzing the game and win conditions. Like needing to leak 11 / slow leak, being screwed by rolls because they are OP 17. To me, there is a difference between this and saying “you idiot, you lost us the game because you didn’t leak. Why didn’t you leak noob?”. There is definitely a balance to be struck between not saying anything, completely controlling lanes and giving advice as a coach. This entire chat strikes me more as blunt rather than hostile – it could definitely be improved as again I wouldn’t call this ideal coaching. It would make more sense to focus on this as a violation if donbola himself reported Wezy for his comments towards him.
2) AFK / Missing Send
I don’t believe you that you didn’t go AFK or at least be distracted during the end of the game.

– The team starts discussing what to do for 20. During this time, you say nothing and have 0 APM. I would be surprised that you would say nothing about the game given your control over it earlier and not move at all. Donbola is talking to you and you say nothing too.40:34 Allies fly yeah cover 21

42:52 Allies Donbola cause ive played like 200 games with you– You take your first action again at 43:04 game time which is well after round 19 ends. By now you’ve seen the enemies mid on 19 and haven’t sent a single unit which there is no reason for.
– The team pauses and you scramble to full build and send before 20 starts. This isn’t a tactical decision being made, it’s a panic. You select all 3 barracks at the same and fire off whatever you can.So in summary, you get distracted for about 2-3 minutes unannounced. The team pauses and barely gives you time to build and send before 20 starts. You miss income. None of this really matters in the outcome of this game, but it could’ve made the difference between winning and losing in different game. The story of making a tactical decision at the last minute here seems like complete BS – Mostly annoyed about being lied to on an appeal.
I support Simon’s decision to ban on the AFK / Missing sends especially with previous AFK violations.

Sending should always be coordinated via team discussion and decided as a Team.

I would argue that this did not leave enough time for team discussion as 2 team members have not said anything yet and the 2 speaking have a split decision.
Violation specifically of:
In the case where the majority of the team is against your call or you cannot come to a consensus, do not force your own call by sending before the discussion is finished. You should give enough time for players to object to your call before sending.
Think the ban is justified on Simon’s end based on what happened and the rule quoted above. There was definitely opportunity to discuss more before actually sending here. That being said, I think if we can promise to do better in the future, we can move on from this quickly.
Another note – Okbik is lucky to come out of this without a warn of flaming. Thanks for not engaging in it.
