It’s definitly a bad game because of the set-up level 5 and all the consequences from this but I don’t see any tk on purpose.

Simply because it’s not the first time this is happening.
So this is not suboptimal play or some different playstyle, considering the background and the threat on LIHL queue the intention is pretty clear.
