As another act of good will I am offering to lift your ban.

But I am only doing so under one condition. I will give you the chance to play the game but only in the most relaxing and chilling atmosphere people can imagine when playing with you. I want you to play the first three games without writing a single word and voluntarily following BLINDLY any calls from team or the captain. No discussions. The only thing you write is one sentence at the beginning of each game: I will follow calls. (you can edit this by making it more welcoming / friendly)
I dont even wanna see an “ok” or “yes” or “no” after this. Just silence. Do you think you are able to do this?

If yes, I will remove 42,3 hours of ban duration. After EACH of your three games you upload the game here: https://wc3stats.com/upload . Then you send me the link of the chat via discord private message. If you dont do this, I will ban you again for the remaining 42,3 hours.

You wont talk to any other admin in the meanwhile.

If you cause the slightest drama or rule break I will double the ban duration.

After three successfull games you are free to play however you like.

Do you fully understand what to do and do you agree with this arrangement?

thanks for reporting.

Swing you cant force your votes without discussing.

Sending should always be coordinated with the team via discussion.

Also:

In the case where the majority of the team is against your call or you cannot come to a consensus, do not force your own call by sending before the discussion is finished.

You literally gave zero space for a discussion when you sent for level 3.

@soulr: You were highest elo so you break a tie with your vote. But you only said:

I dont mind means that you dont care if you send level 2 or level 3. So its basically a 1v0 vote to send for level 2. At level 3 Swing forced without space for discussion.

@Swing This is unacceptable behavior FOR EVERYONE and let me point out. Next time the ban will be much much longer. Soulr had the highest elo in his team, so you cant force a send against his mind or in general without discussing it with the team. Next ban duration for a forced send I see will be minimum 4 days with your history. If you want to be equally handled, start playing WITH people and not AGAINST them. You should also highly consider to just follow calls here and then. Just be silent for one game and follow along. People will thank YOU.

Due to minimal impact on game banned for only 4 hours.

thanks for reporting. I have put a lot time into this case and here is my conclusion. I am going to review it based on the FBG rules which are 100% clear for me:

• Solo Sending:
o Sending should always be coordinated with the team via discussion. If the team wishes, they may elect a dedicated caller for the game.
o In the case where the majority of the team is against your call or you cannot come to a consensus, do not force your own call by sending before the discussion is finished. You should give enough time for players to object to your call before sending.
o In the case where the team is evenly split on a decision and there is no majority after discussing, the player on the team with the highest elo (Captain) will break the tie. (This should be a last resort and rarely occur).

Facts:
– There was no elected game caller, so team was meant to discuss the decisions
– Two people voted against level 16, one player didnt speak up and proc3d voted to send 16 but didnt discuss with the team. That means there is a final 2v1 vote.
– Therefore I see the send (without even discussing with the team) as solosend and teamkill.

There is no history from you proc3d and this case is highly debatable since there seems you thought you are the captain based on highest elo. But the highest elo rule is only mentioned in the rules when there is a disconnect occuring.

For this reason I am going to ban you for 24 hours. Feel free to contact another admin for a second opinion or to make an appeal.

there is a lot to look into this case but I am gonna keep it short.

The rules say:

Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.

The FBG announcement at the discord channel says:

After dealing with the replay and TONS OF messages in Discord it is obvious for me that you discussed what to do and even pointed out ingame, that a screenshot is necessary to prove the hidden units bug. This didnt happen. For this fact I would count this behavior as a rulebreak and give a warning if the impact to the game was low or. But it had a huge impact since it was just right before Swings team was about to send at level 16 AFTER you failed your send level.

At this point I am really disappointed, that none of you guys except Konrad wanted to play on or sell. From a fair level play perspective I find this really sad since I think there was not a slight chance that you hold 17 with 0 heals and only greg being mid. For me this is a 80% chance to lose.

For the reasons mentioned above I will have a big mercy in this case with you Red and Greg. You get away with a warning, next similar incident wihtout a prove will result in a ban of minimum 4 days.

I think you do the right steps into the right direction regarding your behaviour and overall participation at the FBG community. I liked to read that A LOT and I wish you keep that positive mindset in as many games as possible.

@krocis Your behaviour is unacceptable as a fellow Lihl player as I saw constant bullying from you. Everyone does mistakes at FBG. If you cant deal with it, stay at LIHL or work on your attitude or try to give friendly advices regarding builds or unit choices.

First offense, but double impact since LIHL player. Banned for 24h. Next incidents will lead to much longer ban durations.

@xyu Two things.
One. Next time please hand out time stamps for the violation of the rules.
Two. Regarding your history, many players are tilted when seeing your name. At least this is my guess. Let me give you an advice. Please do your mates the favor and dont spam chat. People will start to like you the more you are able to controll yourself and to keep silent when they didnt expect you to be silent. The second game is full of comments / spam of you, I highly recommend to you to try to minimize chat and always try to be calm and asking for help if not sure what to do.

first of all thanks for reporting.

On the one hand as known by most members of FBG we would like to have a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This includes not only every FBG player but also every potential new player. Therefore we welcome ANY people no matter from which country or continent they come from. To make sure we have that atmosphere, it is needed that every FBG player accepts these values, no matter if ingame or outside of the game at discord.

On the other hand we also like to have some fun and trashtalk a lot. But not by any means does that mean that we will tolerate the smallest incidents of racist taunts or racism terms in general. It should be clear, that there is a hidden line that cant be crossed regarding trashtalking and personal attacks (against whoever).

@Riziy Besides your questionable attitude towards ‘euros’ you had some serious verbal harassements such as in screenshot ‘Screenshot_20230820_190902_Discord.jpg’ going on. This is unacceptable. For this behavior I am going to ban you for 24 hours. Be aware this ban will extend A LOT if we see such incidents with racism background again and as I mentioned before no matter if ingame our outside of the game.

@Ep1lepik Even though I can understand your frustration to some extend I would highly recommend to make use of the mute function in discord so you are not triggered by any potentially further incidents from Riziy. NA vs EU trashtalking to some extend is – in my eyes – acceptable so feel free to mute him if he annoys you.

Hi,

there is a lot going on but its clear from level 1 , that green is the caller for that game. Sure you guys can argue whether x or y is good or bad but in the end you have to follow the captains call even though you think its bad. If you dont want this to happen, veto the captain call at beginning and make it a team based game where you discuss in a harmless way what to do. This didnt happen.

killershan and kunuxx both banned for 4 hours since its your both first incident. I know you guys can do better, and I hope you understand my decision. Feel free to make an appeal request.

@Redindian Leaving after you let 7 people wait a long time is unacceptable behavior. This is not what we are looking for in our community. Also there was a high chance, the enemy team would have won.

Banned for 4 days. Next time we see an incidence like this, we will start with 7 days minimum. You can and HAVE to do better.

clear situation nothing big to discuss.

@Seba you clearly stated that eloking is the caller for the game and confirmed it again after he somewhat denied it. After his call – which was pretty much at the end of the round – you call 4 even though you are not the captain and two people were already upping king.

Since its your first case, banned for only 4h. Further incidents will lead to longer ban durations – as usual.

Hi guys,

its clear that there was no game caller on your side and the game was lead by reaching a consensus in the team.

I watched the game but couldnt find any clear rule breaks or excessive behavior from noone!

@Draque: I have been in same situations before but keep in mind, when you dont have a caller you should always care for your communication as a team as it brings much joy with the game. If the team decides something, you have to accept it. No point in argueing or blaming someone. Just move on next time please.

@Jisef & ep1leptik: While i fully understand your frustration please keep in mind not to threaten to report someone. I highly recommend to you to mute someone if somehting like this happens again.
