Hello both of you,
I watched the game and that was a full disaster in all aspects.
XYU muted Swing when 1) he didn’t know he was gonna be captain and 2) in order to prevent further harassment. Hence the mute was not violating the rules.
That being said, I wanna give you both a warning. This game shows exactly why you both have faced lengthy bans in the past. Both of you need to let go of being so obnoxious and toxic, it is so unpleasant to play with and playing here is not a right you have but a privilege and if you don’t change your behavior that privilege might very well be taken away from you.

Thanks for appealing the ban. I checked your ban history and your ban appeal history. You had a fair share of DCs and you are encouraged to try to fix the issue (Check: https://discord.com/channels/437439646381637644/437439646381637646/771193238258188288). You had no previous ban appeals and attempted to resolve the issue.

The fact that you are going to work at an oilrig nor are we unbanning you because you are very active is not a reasonable cause for unbanning you.
Regarding the EA game:
I see that you are spending more time on legitimizing your actions than apologizing and promising it won’t happen again. You admitted that you did it to troll and hence it is not relevant that a similar build was done in lihl.Regarding the other game:
The fact that you think you did nothing wrong despite: 1) A player said he would report it if you did so, 2) A player in game asked you kindly and begged you not to do it, 3) That player is the player you claim “praised it” (And I still can’t find where he did this) and 4) you did not even yourself believe the build you did as explained in the original ban request.Appeal denied.

As we are only banning people for intentional tk it is hard to assess. We can’t know whether the team just accepted his build, whether you communicated about your wish to go holder, whether someone provided a viable alternative for him to try, etc. Furthermore, Alan explained why he was doing as he did to me, and while I am not sure I agree with his choice (his OB disease) I consider it a reasonable explanation and got no evidence that he purposely tk’ed the game. I know this might be saddening news and we will of course review the game thoroughly if a replay with chat log appears (and I tried to tag the members in your team for it).
This is not a new rule:
“One veto is enough to reject a player from observing a game, however, the observer spot may not be denied to FBG Moderators or Trials/Candidates (Note: If 1 observer is denied, all observers will be removed unless they are part of the previous mentioned roles)”

We have unvouched several people throughout the times as mods without an unvouch request, both for being too noob, too stubborn, too flamey etc. It is nothing new.
The original ban request was reviewed by Alan, when you did post a ban appeal it was reviewed by an oversight member – Hyo, so you had the same treatment as everyone else.
You were muted in discord for spreading too much negativity, it was embarrassing for the community and that is nothing new either and have been done several times as well.
You were never banned at the forum and I personally helped you create this account, the forum is simply bugged.
I did veto you as observer yesterday as I feared that you would be ghosting, but it was not only you – pituca got kicked as well.
